My family stopped in this townhouse from May to August 2012. Very good located: 3-4 miles to Walmart, Publix, Target, 10 miles to Premium Outlets. All attractions nearby: Disney, Universal, Sea World, Zip Orlando... In townhouse there are all necessary things. Community well-groomed and pure, is 2 small lakes, the pool, tennis courts and a gym. We spent fine summer in Florida!

This is definitely a wonderful place to stay with your family and friends. It is spacious, clean, quiet, has comfortable beds and all of the ammenities you will need to enjoy a weekend getaway or longer stayed vacation. I really was impressed and will definitely rent there again...

Home was very clean. Linens and all the utensils where there. For anyone (family) requesting a descent stay, far cheaper than a hotel, then consider this resort. Well worth the price!! Close to all attractions (15 minutes or less), Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World, etc.
