Awesome Vacation

Stayed here in Kissimmee for 9 days in march.Town home was very spacious with 2 master bedrooms with ensuites.Gated community is close to all amenities,Walmart,restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of golf courses within a 20 minute drive. Will definitely return.

Best family vacation ever!!

We stayed at this townhouse April school vacaton. My husband, myself and our two children 8 & 6yrs old. We have traveled FL in the past and always stayed at a hotel, after staying at this townhouse we never will stay anywhere else when we visit the Orlando area. The property is clean, the pool area is amazing, my kids loved the pool area and never wanted to leave the property, which a good part of our vacation was poolside, the kids loved the playground area, which so didnt I because it was connected to the pool area so we could watch them play while my husband and I could spend time sun bathing.. The townhouse is minutes from everything, including the airport. The kids had there own bedrooms and bathroom, we had a master suite. Its so nice to have your own space. The owners were very nice, they didnt leave out one detail of the area. We already booked our next vacation for 2013 at this townhouse and we are counting down. By far this is the Best FAMILY vacation EVER.. Thanks Bob & Paulette.

We rented this townhouse for 9 days when we attended the World Series softball tournament in Kissimmee. We were 2 moms and 4 teens. We picked it because of the good reviews. We had a wonderful stay. The owners could not have been nicer; the house was very comfortable and very clean. The location was great too: minutes away from our softball parks and only about 15 minutes to Disney and the ESPN Sports Complex, where we also had games. Everyone that staffs the place is super friendly and helpful. It really felt like we lived there! The amenities are also very nice. Our girls had a lot of fun in the pool and on the volleyball court. We would stay there again if we go back. Much preferable to a hotel or resort. The cost alone makes it worth it, but it is actually so much more comfortable than a hotel room or suite. I cannot image the 6 of us trapped together in a "family suite" at a resort! We had plenty of room for everybody to kick back at the end of the day, and there were things for kids to do. We loved it!

We rented this place for 2 nights before we went on our Cruise to the Bahamas. We were 7 people total (4 adults, 3 teenagers) and this place was fantastic. Very Spacious. Plenty of room for all of us. The Master Bedroom was very comfortable and large. The other bedrooms were very roomy. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The full kitchen saved us a ton of money so we didn't have to go out & eat every meal. The grounds of the complex was nice. The pool was right across the street so it was convenient for the kids to go to the pool and come back when they needed to eat or drink. I definately will rent this place again when I return to the area. The owners Bob & Paulette were great to deal with. Very friendly and accomodating. A+++

The condo is very spacious. The kitchen was a nice change to eating out all the time. There is a Super Walmart 5 min. awayfor groceries. The proximity to Disney World was a 15 min. drive which made it very convenient. I would definitely stay here for my next trip to Disney!!

Just returned from a 2 week holiday. The house was great very spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms were great. We also loved the laudry room didnt have to wash clothes when we got home. Looking forward to going back. Was very close to everything including disney, seaworld and universial Great place

My family and I spent a few days in this great condo during April vacation. Very spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, laundry facilities. The pools are great, very clean, and my sons loved the basketball courts (thank you Lamacchias for leaving a basketball). I highly recommend this for family vacations. We went to the Disney parks, easy to find, only a 15 minute drive. Very accessible to airport.

Convenient and Quiet retreat for Orlando Attractions

My stay was very pleasant and a nice alternative to a hotel room for a business conference. The gated community felt very inviting and at the same time very safe with security staffs' notable yet subtle presence. The unit was comfortable and very clean, the owner's clearly put a lot of thought into the interior decor because it felt like a home. It was nice to have a full kitchen at my disposal as well as the washer and dryer. I would stay at this property again if I find myself in the Kissimme/Orlando area. It was a convient drive to the convention center and very convenient access to other local attractions. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked well kept and usually had a few people either in it or barbequeing near by in the patio/picnic area. I think this property and the gated community are perfect for any age range for just about any event. The owners were very professional and pleasant throughout all of my dealings with them. I encourage everyone to check it out!
