Our vacation townhome,overlooking the lake, is ideally located to take advantage of the best that central florida has to offer. A 10 min drive from Disney,only a short drive from both Florida coasts, only minutes from a huge choice of restaurants and shops and surrounded by world class golf and other recreational amenities, Coral Cay puts you in the middle of the excitment.
Luxurious accomodation, with a master suite, queen and twin bedrooms,games room (which has queen size futon), utility area, living room and fabulous hot tub on the screened patio, perfect for chilling out after a hard day at the parks/shopping mall!!
We have FREE inhouse high speed internet access,and calls within continental US are also FREE.

Area Description

You will find Coral Cay situated off US Highway 192, between markers 14 and 15. One mile along Old Vineland Road .There is a huge Walmart less than a mile at the end of the road, and it is very well placed for restaurants etc.

From the very beginning I had a wonderful experience with Julie, was quick on responding e-mails... the home was very clean and we enjoyed the club house... just mad we ran out of time to catch a movie at the club movie theater because it looked so nice in there, but there's always next time. A great house ! Clean, and equipped with everything we needed ! Coral Cay is fresh, quiet and well kept. The staff was friendly. Julie was flexible with dates, and always prompt responding to questions. Everything as promised ! We made easy daytrips to Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center and Ft. Myers. We had a great time ! We are so happy that we found Peter & Julie's home when searching for a place to stay while vacationing with our 5 children. The home was very clean, had everything that we needed, and was large enough for our family to spread out after long days at Disney & Universal. The management co. were accommodating, the club house was nice with the safe internet access for our teens, and large playground for our younger ones. I can't say enough about Julie. She was so flexible with our check in/out times and always very prompt with responding to questions through e-mail. We will definitely consider coming back if we go to Disney again and will recommend them to family and friends.

We loved the house - so spacious and clean. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes drive, and the property was easy to find and welcoming. Being within 30 minutes of all the big Disney Parks was great for the children, and having the spa available (even on on Christmas Day) was fun. A memorable stay, and one we hope to repeat in the future. We have passed the details on to friends as well - what better recommendation can you give? Julie and her family were always quick to respond, polite and keen to help us get our dream holiday - Fabulous!

I can't say enough nice things about the house, the resort and Julie's flexibility in booking it. This really is the perfect spot to enjoy Orlando and all the Parks. We left the house in the morning and were on a ride in Disney 30 minutes later. Shops, restaurants (even fish and chips!) within 5 minutes of the house and everything on hand within the house to keep you entertained on those important Disney days off (great internet service, playstation, cable TV and the spa is perfection!) Can't recommend highly enough and will certainly stay here again when back in Orlando Nicola

The house was gorgeous and just right for our needs, much better than staying in a hotel. Lots of space, good little kitchen and the washing machine was very handy. The hot tub was great and perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the parks with a lovely view over the lake. The location was spot on, perfect for Disney and close to other attractions too.

We had a great time at your townhouse. Everything worked well and it was nice and quiet as usual. Your townhouse is really in a great location close to Disney, airport , restaurants and Super Target.
If you get a chance go to the Al Capone dinner theater it is almost walking distance from Coral Cay.

We are a family of three. This house was so nice and plenty of room for us. We really enjoyed the play parks. We checked out the other facilities but never had time to use them, but we did enjoy the hot tub. Julie was so nice to work with and helped us whenever we needed it. The community is really nice and secluded and quiet. We didn't see anyone until the day we were leaving. There are ducks in the pond and they love being fed bread.

While staying at 2409 Caravelle Circle, property owned by Julie and Peter Laing, my family had a wonderful time! The property was immaculate, so new and clean! Nothing within the townhouse needs to be changed! The front gate could use a light above the number pad when needing to enter the access code.We loved the facility and had a wonderful vacation. We will definitely return here if we ever come to the area again!
