Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental
Luxury townhome ONLY 6 MILES FROM DISNEY!! On new gated resort, Coral Cay, our 3 bedroom home with GAMESROOM is fully air-conditioned providing everything to make your vacation as convenient and comfortable as possible - we have even upgraded and added a few extras (not yet found in other Coral Cay homes) to make it even better!
For the kids, large and small, there is a gamesroom with a 27 inch TV, DVD, PLAYSTATION 2, board games and FOOSBALL TABLE and for those wanting a more relaxing pace a 5-6 seater hot-tub is on the patio.
The master suite offers a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size while the third has two twins. The gamesroom has a queen-size futon so may also be used as a fourth bedroom giving plenty of room for 8 guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen whether it be for snacks or a three course meal along with a utility area with washer and dryer - a must have for a family vacation!
Our home is also connected with a premium Digital HD Cable TV network - great to watch on the Samsung 40" LCD HD TV, FREE HI-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET (upgraded to Road Runner Turbo!) and there are COMPLIMENTARY TELEPHONE CALLS within continental USA & INTERNATIONAL to UK, Ireland, Spain, France & Italy - everything to keep in touch with family or work back home.

Coral Cay Resort is located off Highway 192 in Kissimmee - between markers 14 & 15, only 6 miles from Disney's gates.
Coral Cay Resort community facilities include a beautiful clubhouse featuring a movie theater, business center, seating area with HD plasma TV, billiards table and fully equipped games arcade. There are 2 swimmingpools, tot-lot play areas, sunbathing terraces, jogging trail with 6 workout stations, volleyball court and a soccer area. All this less than 100 yards from our townhome in a lovely new gated community.

Perfectly Delightful, April 19, 2009 "Like everyone else, we fell in love with Tracey and
Jonny's Retreat. Our kids even began to refer to it as
"home". Completely stocked with every amenity you
need. We come every year for Ironman week and
this is the first time we stayed out of Disney. I have
to say this townhome changed the way we vacation.
No more hotel rooms for us. The only downfall is
you end up with less time in the themeparks
because you are so comfortable, it's hard to get
going in the morning! There is also a great quiet
park I found a half a mile behind the complex,
perfect for running, biking or a relaxing walk !! We
will be back" May 2009
