Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental

This vacation home is one of the finest resort townhouse rentals in the Disney area. A spacious 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse with own pool. Situated on the new Encantada resort

The townhouse is part of a gated community with a 9,000 sq ft. Clubhouse whose facilities include a Cyber Cafe, Gym and 2 pools with spa's and bar. Around the Clubhouse there is also a children's play area and a lake where you can fish via 'catch and release'.


All bedrooms are located on 2nd floor along with 2 bathrooms to provide a total separation of living and sleeping areas. A half bath is located on the first floor for added convenience.

As you are in a gated community, you feel very safe. You are only 2 minutes drive away from Disney Land and only a couple of minutes away from Downtown Kissimmee where there are plenty of restaurants and entertainments.

Out Townhouse is located on the the US-192 and below are the directions from all directions into Kissimmee.

From Orlando International Airport:
From the airport take 528 heading West to I-4 West. Continue to exit 64 heading west on US-192. You will go about 5.8 miles just past the Hwy 429 interchange and through your first light turn left onto Secret Lake Drive. On your left you will also see a McDonalds and a 7 Eleven as well.

From I-4 West travelling east:
From the West you will need to go East on I-4. you will need to take exit 65 and follow your signs to Animal Kingdom. Do not however go into any of the parks just continue left of Animal Kingdom and go straight until you see an arrow that directs you to go left to US-192. When you get to US-192 go right. Pass the Hwy 429 interchange and through your first light turn left onto Secret Lake Drive. On your left you will also see a McDonalds and a 7 Eleven as well.


From I-4 East travelling west:
From I-4 East travelling to I-4 West take exit 64 heading west on US-192. You will go about 5.8 miles just past the Hwy 429 interchange and through your first light turn left onto Secret Lake Drive. On your left you will also see a McDonalds and a 7 Eleven as well.

Todo ok, con todas las comodidades. Y cerca de Disney, y cerca a un walmart y aun target. Y para los que adoran las hamburguesas cerca aun mac donalls. En general, la casa, Muy limpia y ordenada, y comoda. Cuando regresen a Orlando, de echo me hospedo de nuevo ahí. Saludos Kleiber

Our stay was great. The unit was the perfect size for our family of four . The pool heat is a must in march it worked very well. The kids enjoyed it morning and night. The unit was clean and in a safe location. We will stay again if we go visit Orlando in the future.
