3 Miles From Disney 4 Bedrooms with 2 Master Suite (#35065)

We were very disappointed with our rental and will never use this property in the future. Many of the features mentioned were either not available or not functional. The TV in the master bedroom was perched precariously on the edge of the dressing table and did not work. DVD player in the living room did not work. Drains in upstairs bathrooms were plugged so it took forever for the sinks to empty. No basic supplies were stocked as mentioned in the ad. The property were in a state of general disrepair with holes in walls and soiled bed linen and carpeting. We attempted to call for service and were told that the items we were complaining about (as listed above) were not serviceable and they couldn't get anyone out there to assist soon enough. The internet service at the clubhouse was not free. Generally it was a miserable experience with no way to recover the monies that we paid. The owner should have compensated us in some way. Loved it! My family and I drove in from Dallas... everything we needed was there... friendly customer service... great recreation! We had two families stay in the condo. It was perfect. Each set of parents got their one suite and privacy. It was so close to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely rent it again on our next trip. Home location is great...but... Was supposed to have 3tvs; had 2 and only one worked. Only one lamp in upstairs master BR, about 6 clothing hangers in closet, none to be found in other rooms...Kitchen, only two fry pans, one was unusable with no non-stick surface left. Good thing we were not using the outside grill, no utensils for the grill anywhere....you get the idea. Thought there was a computer or internet avaailable in the home, none. Would not re-rent from this owner again. The house was very comfortable, clean and very close to Disney Parks. The house was beautiful. I really like it, it was close to all the theme park and super market. I am very happy with the property. Thank- you Our stay at this townhouse was very enjoyable. It's location is awesome, easy drive to all the amusement areas. We even came home from Disney after lunch and would go back in the evening. Very good experience. Thank you, Lisa This was a well over due and needed vacation for my family to which I was very pleased by the condition of the townhouse. The property is in a perfect location for almost every need, but yet has a nice privacy touch. Disney World, restaurants and shopping are minutes away and I would recommend this house to anyone who plans on visiting the Kissimmee area. We didn't get the number to the lock key till after 4pm on the day of arrival after several calls and waited 1.5 hours for a returned call. Was told the lock box was in the patio and it was by the front door. No one on the site to help or give you directions or any assistance. The directions given did not match and it was very hard to find the location. Thank GOd for Pizza Hut dilivery guy, Once there the place is wonderfull, new, spaciuos, clean and close to the highway. This townhome is lovely. In a very quiet part of the resort. Very spacious and comfortable. You can walk to the swimming pool! Easy access to WDW - 10 mins in car to Animal Kingdon and near lots of restuarants - you must try Outback! We had a fantastic time and would definitely go back.

We stayed in October of 2006. The location is very close to Disney Animal Kingdom (3 to 5 min). It was everything we had wished for. Lots of places to eat and stores near by. Will stay again on our next trip to see the mouse!
