Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental

This Luxury, fully furnished 4 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom with 2 Master Suites is located in Emerald Island Resort which just three miles from Disney and close to all attractive areas. It comes with every luxury amenity imaginable, All you need is bring your families and friends.
The first master suite with queen size bed is located at ground floor with its own private access. The second master suite located upstairs with King-size bed has a sliding door to a private balcony for your overlooking preserved wetland . Each master suite has TV ,dressers, night-stand with lamps, radio/alarm, walk-in closet space and a master bathroom. The other two bedrooms with two twin beds each room share a full-size bathroom upstairs. All linens and towels are provided.
Our End-unit town-house has its private overlooking a green acres from living room and dining area.
The living room has a sofa set and TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides stove, microwave, refrigerator, cooking pans, dishes, and dishwasher for making that family feast or a simple snack for the family. Full size washer and dryer, Ironing board and iron are located downstairs. High chair,crib and stroller are available at no extra charge.

Area Description

All guests enjoy the use of facilities at 4,000 square feet clubhouse with two community heated pools, spa, sauna, internet, fitness center, tennis court , volleyball court.
The 192 & 27 are only minutes by car where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars, plus more supermarkets, gift shops, electrical shops etc. We have a professional and dedicated manager who strives to make our home a comfortable and affordable alternative for your Walt Disney World vacation.

This was a well over due and needed vacation for my family to which I was very pleased by the condition of the townhouse. The property is in a perfect location for almost every need, but yet has a nice privacy touch. Disney World, restaurants and shopping are minutes away and I would recommend this house to anyone who plans on visiting the Kissimmee area.

This townhome is lovely. In a very quiet part of the resort. Very spacious and comfortable. You can walk to the swimming pool! Easy access to WDW - 10 mins in car to Animal Kingdon and near lots of restuarants - you must try Outback! We had a fantastic time and would definitely go back.

Lovely home, in an EXCELLENT location. Close to everything and very convenient to the parks. The house was clean and well furnished. It was very close to the pool in the complex as well. Much more comfortable and much less expensive than a hotel!

We stayed in October of 2006. The location is very close to Disney Animal Kingdom (3 to 5 min). It was everything we had wished for. Lots of places to eat and stores near by. Will stay again on our next trip to see the mouse!

We enjoyed staying at your 4 bedroom townhome. We have stayed at Emerald Island resort before so we knew the location was perfect. The community is quiet and out of the way while still being only minutes from Disney. Also, being able to use the high chair, stroller and portable crib was a huge plus. Not having to pack or rent them saved us time and money.
