Venetian Bay Villages is a gated facility located in Kissimmee, Florida, 10 minutes from Disney World, 15 minutes from Sea World, and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. Venetian Bay is a unique gated vacation community developed and built for the Florida lifestyle. The complex is designed around townhomes that are situated in a village concept surrounding a resort style clubhouse and recreation complex complete with sports courts, exercise facility and lavish swimming pool.

Just steps away from your beautiful townhouse you will find 4 swimming pools, with sitting and barbeque areas, a fitness center, billiard/game room and a beautiful clubhouse for your enjoyment. There are also outdoor activities galore! What about basketball, volleyball, and tennis anyone? Go for walks around the beautiful lake or sit and enjoy the wildlife on the boardwalk! Take a bike ride! Don't forget the kids-there are 4 beautiful playgrounds that they will delightfully enjoy.

Your spacious, three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse is sure to have you feeling "right at-home". Equipped with all you need to enjoy your vacation, with a sleeping capacity for eight people. On the first level there is a full size kitchen with all the appliances you need to make any meal you would make at home, plus all the utensils! The dining area includes 2 bar stools for the quick snack or the formal dining table which seats up to 4. Your living area includes a long comfy sofa, which is also a queen sofa bed and love seat. Also, downstairs is the Master bedroom with King bed and spacious Master bath with whirlpool tub.

Upstairs your will find two spacious bedrooms with two twin beds in each and a full bath, plus extra vanity.

We also have a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Amenities: Phone with free long distance in the US and Canada, Cable TV, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cooking Utensils Provided, Linens Provided, and Ceiling Fans in all rooms. Great outdoor activities, gated community with 24 hour patrolled security. Enjoy Wireless internet connection at the club house, plus if you don't feel like lugging your laptop, there is a business center at the club house which extends use of computers for a small fee during their working hours.

Come enjoy the best Florida has to offer!! Close to Disney (6 miles)about 10 minutes, we are at mile marker 15. Sea World & Aquatica (9 miles)15 minutes and Universal Studios (14 miles)about 20 minutes!! Also, shuttle service to Disney World is available from the complex.

A $250 refundable damage deposit required. Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to stay. Cancellation penalty within 21 days of reservation 50% of two/three night stay. Any weekly stay: 2 night penalty.
