Enjoy this brand-new resort featuring luxury Town Home Villas. This beautiful gated community is just 1.5 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World. This is one of the finest value for money properties available and each villa is professionally managed.

We are proud and excited to offer you this magnificent accommodation at an incredible nightly rate of $79 plus tax. This rate is available for all dates up to and including 15th January 2010 with no seasonal surcharges.

No resort is closer to Disney. This resort is so close that you can view Disney resort properties from the grounds.

This contemporary themed resort community offers luxurious features. The clubhouse features a lagoon-style community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts, chldren's play area and a 4,000 square foot clubhouse.

The holiday villas are beautifully decorated and professionally furnished with only the best in mind. Oakwater is a 4 star rated property. Each home has a full kitchen with oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. There are place settings and cutlery and utensils for 4 persons, and all towels and linens are provided. The holiday villas are serviced before and after your stay but no maid service is provided during your stay. However this may be possible for guests to arrange independently through reception.

The homes have high speed Internet and there are computers available for rent.

The minimum stay is 3 nights for the rate quoted. We do accept stays of 1 or 2 nights but and additional fee of $65 will be added to the total cost.

Oakwater is a short drive to Sea World, Universal Studios, the Orlando Convention Center and local area attractions. Oakwater offers a family-friendly atmosphere and recreational activities to suit all ages.

The condo was very nice and clean. The location was quiet and very convenient. The pool was nice but not nearly enough lounge chairs. The few that were there, alot of those were broken. Impressive Club House. There was a small table on our balcony, but no chairs, had to pull kitchen chairs outside. No kleenex,extra garbage bag, broom or even a dish towel. I don't mind buying some things, but some dish soap and a roll of paper towel to start would have been nice. Didn't use the diswasher, only two of us and it seemed silly to buy dishwasher soap to run the dishwasher only one time. Would stay there again, but would stop at the store first! If you like to walk, the grounds were perfect for that. The only other thing that would be nice, would to have had internet connection in the condo, although you could hook up in the Club House. Very nice for the money. Always enjoy staying in a condo over a hotel.

We spent almost a week at oakwater resort in a 3 bedroom townhome and loved it. Everything was the way it was supposed to be. Great property and location... Also, it is very near commercial market place and one can eat or buy groceries. Lots of different restaurents and no issues as far as finding a place to eat is concerned.

Best part of this deal was that the staff is very courteous. Once you check in, they leave you alone unless you contact them. They are very helpful whenever any information or help is needed from them. All in all a great comfortable experience. Hightly recommend it to anybody going on vacation

The resort is made up of two and three bedroom townhomes (either first floor or second floor units). The complex was very clean and very well suited for families with small children. The outdoor lagoon style pool is situated on the southside of the complex. The pool water is heated and has a zero depth entry point for very small children. Adjacent to the pool is a splash pad and a playground. There is also a tennis court, basketball court, and sand vollyballl court along with a wood chip walking track around a retention pond. There are vending machines at the pool along with clean bathrooms with changing stations. The first floor three bedroom townhome we stayed in was on Oak Water Dr. It was very clean and contained all the items we needed for the week (coffee machine, toaster, can opener, mixer, all major appliances, linens, & utencils).

....it was fantastic! I travel a lot and I have to admit that this resort is one of the best one I've stayed in so far. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Exactly how we expected it and maybe even better. Very modern and clean. We even had two extra cot beds when we arrived and we didn't even ask for them but they gave it to us anyway. There was a master bedroom with a huge bathroom aside from this other bathroom they had! Might I add the walk-in closet was very useful as well. Also, the kids room and the other bedroom fit us perfectly. There is also a garage, so no need to worry about parking your car. Also, it is very close by to Disneyworld and Universal Studios. It is also closeby to a lot of othe attractions. A major tip is if you are not to familiar with the Florida area, make sure you pay attention to the Marker #'s as it becomes very helpful when driving around there. The only thing I would would recommend is to make sure you double-check everything to make sure nothing is broken or out of the ordinary. We had a missing lightbulb and the closet door to the washing machine was loose but we called and told them about it and they marked it down for us. The clubhouse was really nice. This place is perfect for families who are looking for a comfy place to stay while on vacation and don't want to stay in a hotel - also very reasonable rate for a 4 day / 3 nights weekend. Also great for friends who are looking for a spacious place to accommodate everyone. Highly recommended!
