This beautiful three bedroom, three full bathroom townhouse is completely furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge/freezer, full size stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, silverware and a full size washer and dryer.

Stay in touch while you holiday in this house with Free High Speed Wireless Internet service and a Free Long Distance Phone Call service to anywhere in North America. "Otterspool Oasis" offers your family four TV’s, four DVD players, radios, a stereo system, iron/ironing board, three hair blow dryers and all of your linens and towels. This child-friendly home has a Safety Gate at the top of the stairs for protection of your little ones. Leave your bulky items at home - a Pack n' Play, two Umbrella Strollers and a High Chair are provided in the house for your family's use.

On the other side of the large sliding glass doors is your private splash pool. This 12 x 12 pool is perfect for cooling down after a long, warm day at the parks. Pool heat is recommended from Nov. to April. The pool lounge chairs in the completely screened-in area allow you to enjoy the warm sunshine. The pool is 4 feet deep and has steps for walking or sitting on. Imagine.

Lodging Tax: 13% Florida State Tax
Deposits: 25% deposit required at the time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
Other Fees: The Splash Pool heat is optional and costs an additional $15US/night. All bookings less than 7 nights are charged a $65 house cleaning fee. Bookings 7 nights and greater are not charged this fee. Renters can book a Bar-B-Q grill for their stay at this house. This is an additional charge to the renter.

This property was perfect for us, very close to all the disney attractions and tons of shopping and restaurants,,, the community pool and club house also offered a lot of things to do during our down time... would definitely use again!
