Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental
The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa that extends into a queen bed that can sleep 2. We also have an impressive 32” LCD TV and DVD player to help entertain everyone and provide a relaxing time. Our full kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, self-cleaning range, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. The kitchen is also stocked up with pots, pans and plates - if you ever need to use them to whip out a dish or two !
The master bedroom is comfortably situated in the lower floor and comes with a 20" LCD TV, queen-size bed and adjoining master bath.
The remaining 2 bedrooms are situated on the 2nd floor. The second bedroom houses a majestic queen bed while the third bedroom comes with 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have a 20” LCD TV and have access to the common bathroom.

From our intial contact with Mr Harish ,to our most recent, he always responded in a timely manner. He made The rental process extremely simple. The townhouse is extremely close to everything you'd expect. Shopping, restaurants, markets, etc. Upon entering the home we loved the simplicity of the layout. Master bedroom downstairs while the kids are upstairs. Everything was exactly as described. The property is well maintained by friendly and helpful staff which always greeted us with a smile and a head nod whenever we were either walking to the pools or to our car. One maintaince man even helped my wife carry packages to our door. If we ever plan another trip to kissammee, we know exactly where we are going to stay. Venetian Bay Village.

Was my first time experience renting a vacation house was a good experience first I was scare to send money to someone that I don't know and never see it .but I trust mrs. Harish and I feel comftable when I was talking and ask question to him mrs Harish was really helpfull and really sincere .but was a good experience the house have everything that a family can need the accomodation was good .but for anyone go inside the complex even me or my visitor was a problem because the security guard in the main entrance was super strict was make everyone that going in hard .the employee in the office or clubhouse was no helpfull and was mean has attitude .and the pool closed early .but after that everything was great be in a vacation home is really much better that a hotel you feel more comftable.the complex was in good condition,a see a lot vacation house in the complex but a lot residence too that mean zero noise.is alot places closed .thanks for let me and my family stay in your house for our vacation we have a good time . > Sent from my iPad

We stayed in the home for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The commute to Disney was perfect as it was close enough but still away from the major traffic. My children loved the pools on site and the landscape was very maintained. We also drove to Cocoa Beach for a day and that was reasonable distance also. The home was perfect and felt very comfortable. I have already recommended to friends at home and would definitely rebook.

We stayed at the Venetian Bay Villages condo this past month and loved every minute of it. The location is great and very convenient to shopping, restuarants, and all the vacation activities. The condo itself was clean and well equipped and was our home-away-from-home. It had plenty of room and having the washer and dryer was a tremendous help. The resort was designed for walking and riding bikes -which we did daily. The majority of our time was spent at the large heated pool and hot tub on the lake - fantastic! Though we spent a month there it was not long enough and hope to return for longer period of time. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely condo with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Vacation Home at Venetian Bay.The unit is close to all amenities,very private and secure wth 24 hour live security on duty on the gate.The unit is one step back from the parking area,so is very quiet.The clubhouse was very inviting and the Venetian Bay Staff very helpful.As vacatiion rental property owners ourselves (In Canada) we appreciate cleanliness,everything in good working order and everything exactly as it was described.Jay was very hekpful and we'd reccomend him and his Vacation home to anyone wanting affordable,upscale accomedation while in Florida.Thanks Jay!! - Fred & Lynn O'Hearn - Nova Scotia,Canada

The town house is spacious and comfortable.We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The town house is located in a gated community- so very secure. It is near most amenities and is a short distance off US192 which leads to Disney. We felt safe even on returning after midnight from Disney.

I spent a week at the Venetian Bay Villages in November; everything was wonderful. Beautiful 3 bedroom townhome; with master bedroom/jaccuzi downstairs. Didn't even have to go upstairs if I didn't want to. Two additional nicely furnished bedrooms upstairs, plus w/d facility. All the conveniences of home. This was a gated community and we felt very safe coming and going. Beautiful lake, gardens, pools and much more. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Venetian Bay Villages to my friend and family.

Mr Harish answered all of my email quickly. This was extended family vacation...me,my children and grandchildren...The tubs were dirty...the jets on the jet tub in the masterbed room had a brown crust on them....I sprayed with a tub cleaner and that didnt work...there was hair wrapped around 2 of them....there were no washclothes...there were wet towels in the washer and dry ones in the dryer...(what was that about)....there was no linen for the sofa bed...which really didnt matter...it smelled real bad when we opened it...we didnt use it..so we had to double up....I didnt appreciate that 1 bit....everyone has a bed at home...that was idea of renting a property not a hotel....The management company offered to give me my money for the washclothes i bought...i declined....and they did bring the linen for the sofabed....The management companies cleaning crew needs to get on the ball..

We stayed at this property one week and was a fantastic vacation. The property very confortable, clean, organized, nice decoration and you can find everything inside that you need like home. Also the property is very close to many attractions, stores, restaurantes, a lot of kids activities). The people that work in the village very friendly always doing their best. Harish and Java were very attentive and helpful with all questions about everything that we needed. I recomended this property 100 % with 5 stars. Spent two weeks at Venetian Bay this year and the facilities are great. Harish was excellent to deal with and everything was as described n their poster. The location is fantastic as we were close to all amenities and within walking distance to the main pool and clubhouse. Disney, shopping and major highways were also nearby. We are hoping to book again next year but want to stay a month next time. Thanks for everything.

Right from the beginning, this was a positive experience. The owners were great to deal with via e-mail. Directions to house was excellent. I am not sure what we were expecting, but we were very pleasantly surprised as soon as we reached the front gate. The fact that this was a gated community with security on site 24/7 put us at ease as soon as we entered the gate. We were a very late check in (2:00am) and received very professional service by the front gate security lady. When we entered the house, we were very pleased with what we saw. Very clean with all the ammenities that we would need. The pictures on the site, in our minds, did not do the place justice. 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer made our stay very convenient. Knowing that there were pools, games areas, playgrounds and a cozy village environment makes me say that we would recommend this property to anyone that is travelling to Florida. Very close to all that you could need in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. This stay was well worth the money and yes, we would come back to this location again.

This was a beautiful condo to stay in for our family of 4, although I can't see anymore staying there. I was disappointed that there weren't anymore pots/pans to use to cook with, as we did not go out to dinner every night. Also, since we were told to wash the linens we used, I feel they should supply the laundry detergent and also dishwash soap since they wanted us to use dishwasher for dishes we used. Overall, though, a nice, safe place for family. Beautiful pool, clean area.

Comfortable Place to Stay in the Kissimmee Area

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. Overall it is a good deal and nicely furnished. However, there are extremely limited utensils, etc in the kitchen and we assumed the unit without any dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, etc. Last year there were trial sizes provided. The blinds were throughout the unit were damaged prior to our arrival and had not been repaired. So we had to block openings in the blinds, etc creatively as to not compromise privacy.

We had a great time at Venetian Bay Resort. good security, The condo very smart.The resort was very clean and tidy.A car is nesessary for traveling around. Very satisfied.

enjoyed the stay at venetian bay village. nice area, felt safe with 24 hour security. very conveniently located 15 minutes to disney 20 minutes to seaworld and 70 minutes to busch gardens-Tampa. nice to be able to have your own townhouse to relax after day at parks. excellent main pool and spa by clubhouse

Venetian Bay Resort is a very clean, safe and quiet gated community. 7 of us stayed and really enjoyed our trip. All the parks were close and shopping at the outlet malls were only a 20 min. drive or less! The 3 kids loved the heated pool every evening and staff and residents made of feel very welcome. I will DEFINITELY be back and I will recommend this facility to anyone. We are from Canada and we met several Canadians staying at the resort, who come back every year to Ventian Bay. The price is very reasonable....absolutely no regrets...LOVED it!! Thanks Harish

After a walking day visiting the theme parks, nothing better than a good rest in a comfortable and clean villa. Well located,great resort, good value at reasonable price. Excellent comunicaton with the owners, allows reliable transactions. Definitely, I will recommend and rent again in the future.

This place was perfect for what our family was looking for in the time we were in FL. The location was fairly convenient, the size and layout were perfect, the owners were helpful and available. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed the home, at first we weren't sure what to expect, being this our first time renting from a private owner. When we got there we were so pleased with the size of the home, the location and the community amenities. The home was clean, well maintained and even had coupons and brouchers of the area. The resort was very relaxing and the pools were close by and not overcrowded. The service we received from the owners was great and when we arrived the office was very pleasant when we needed a parking pass. We were very impressed by the quality we received for the price and the overall value and we would definitly not only consider staying at this place again, we would recommend it to our friends and family.

Overall, we had a positive experience with the property and service. We reached at night, and the security at the gate was very helpful in helping us locate the house. The instructions etc. for accessing the unit were also clear. We liked the location as it was close enough to Disney, and a couple of outlet malls. Also, thanks for all your prompt replies earlier.
We would definitely consider your property for future visits.

We had a excellent time. your place was more than we expected. better than any place we have ever stayed. everything was outstanding. we would definitely want to use your home again. we liked it so much we want to plan a bunch more trips. maybe even before the end of the year. I will keep your emails and contact you as soon as we make plans. oh the kids loved the pool. 1 did not even want to go to the parks just wanted to swim. the whole trip was great !

We had a wonderful time at your vacation home. The community had so many amenities--we were really surprised. It was convenient for us to the Disney Parks--we went two days and spent the other five shopping and relaxing at the small pool. It was also very convenient to the Catholic Church--as that week was the beginning of our religious Lenten/Easter season. Thank you for all the information and such complete directions for finding everything, etc.--especially the page with the TV channels! You have a very good cleaning service--as your home was immaculately clean.
If we were to come to Disney again, we would consider renting from you again. Again, many, many thanks. We had a wonderful stay!
