Great Family Vacation

This home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable beds and so well decorated like the photos online, felt like home. My family stayed there for 4 nights and had a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The owners were very reliable with the whole process and reassuring me that everything is fine and my family would love their stay even though I was nervous due to I never booked online before. The lay- out of this home is awesome and very private for all of us along with the short drive to the amusement parks which was very convenient. It isn't furnished like a rental; it is furnished like a home. We love it! Thank you Kris and Gerard Rayer for all you did to make this a great experience. Don't stay in an inconvenient hotel when you can be completely comfortable in a home. Thanks Again! Hood Family

The house is very comfortable, has everything it takes to cook, and the bedrooms are very nice. It is also just minutes from the Disney parks. Surely we will consider it for our next visit to Orlando

Everything we hoped for!

We (family of 5) stayed at this house for a week in January 2012, planning to visit Walt Disney during this period. This pool home was everything we expected and even more: very large home, well equiped, very, very clean, nicely decorated, etc. We could not have asked for more! We paid extra to have the pool heated (good thing since the weather was very cold!) and when we inquired about the heating at the office (the pool seemed kind of cold) they came the next day to boost the heating. It was a breeze to get from the house to every Walt Disney parks and we were so happy to get home after a whole day out! The pool was then really appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was nice to walk around the complex. Mrs. Rayer, the owner was very nice and available (by e-mail) to answer any questions that we had. To sum it up, it was simply perfect!

What a wonderful townhome right off HWY 192 which is where we typically stay...a very nice area and only a few minutes to Disney. The home was pristine and pool was perfect. It had all the essentials. Will definitely visit again!!!

This year was our fourth annual visit to Orlando. The accommodations were easily our best yet. We have stayed in hotels, we have rented pool homes. This will be our location of choice for future vacations. It was clean, it was quiet, it was luxurious. There is nothing that could make this place better. It's convenient to shopping and Disney. We could even see the fireworks in the distance from one of the bedroom windows! I can't wait to go back!

We cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful home! We had a great time. The home was awesome - well maintained and well equipped with incredibly reasonable rates. Very close to Disney parks. It was perfect for our group of 7. Could not have been happier. In addition, the owners were terrific - very responsive, gracious and helpful. A+!! We would definitely love to stay here again.
