Great house and excellent location!

The townhouse is very comfortable, has everything to made our staying very nice. The house was clean when we arrived and has all the furniture and appliances that you may need, we had issues with the A/C that we informed to the management and the owner, despite that, we enjoyed the house and we spent great time there. The location of the house is excellent very near to a Walmart and two outlets for shopping. And also it's very close to the Disney parks. It's 100% recommendable.

Owner and management company were reliable. Everything was within driving distance. Condo had everything you need to cook, televisions in all the rooms washer dryer, pool,parking.Condo was clean and free from odors, and bugs. I would definitely return again.

Great home with convenience to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at your townhome. As you know this is my 2nd time staying here this year. I love the convenience to everything especially Walmart for all of our needs. The home is always very clean and has just about everything we need in it. Having the washer and dryer is such a help when traveling with kids. The only thing the house needs is extra toilet peper and dishwashing soap. I purchased a hand held can opener to leave there for others and when I come again because I couldn't get the electric can opener to work. Thank you again for the use of your home We will surely come back again!!

Best Place Ever

So, I was really scared to rent something site unseen so far away. We drove too - so after a long drive I was really nervous that it may be dirty or not right somehow. We did have one minor issue with a tv cable not working - but the staff took care of it immediately. Other than that, the place was clean and super easy to move into right away. The kitchen was great and it was all very comfortable and easy. It is very close to Disney and short trip to all Orlando attractions. For the price -it was a great value and deal!

We had a wonderful week in this townhouse. It is only about 12 minutes from Disney. There are so many restaurants/stores close by for convenience. The townhome was VERY clean when we arrived. I will definitely recommend this property to any friends and if I go back to Disney, I would stay here again.

This trip was celebrating my Daughter's 2nd birthday. We lived here for 6 days but feel it like a home, clean and sweat, Actually we just use one bedroom and one bathroom of these three, but feel very perfect. Definitely will come back again.

We visited Florida with our 5 children for the first time and stayed at one of Bill's townhomes. It was perfect for our family. The size gave us much more room than a hotel and it was clean and very nice. It was a perfect distance from Walt Disney world---very close! The children enjoyed the warm pool and a tv in their rooms. Everything went very smoothly with reserving, paying, etc. I would definitely recommend this townhome. It was very comfortable and made our stay more enjoyable. Can't wait until we visit again!

This is my first time renting house though internet. First I really not sure what is going to be? But this house is really awesome and he prepare all facilities me and my family really comfortable. Beds are clean, house, bathroom everything perfect. And the most important thing is he prepare all the equipments and all kitchen's things not only dishes utensil but also pot, pan, even can opener. Love it and defiantly recommend everybody about this place.

This house was exactly as we expected. It was clean and very conveniently located. The only issues at all were the shower rod in main bath (fell down several times) and the water pressure from the showers was harsh. We would not hesitate to rent again. The owner was very easy to deal with, offered us a great deal and had made contact with me about returning our security deposit within a few days of us returning home. Actually more like 4 1/2 stars.

Our family are extremely pleased with the entire townhouse, the friendly Paradise Cay community and the landlord is one of the nicest person to know. The townhouse itself is fresh and clean with everything provided from furnishings, kitchen utensils, and comfortable bedrooms. Satellite TV and wireless internet worked great almost 100% of the time. The facility power was interrupted at one time and resulted in interruption of services, but one call to the management office and a technician had it all in working order promptly. We are moving to the area and this is the perfect accommodation close to everything when searching for a new home. Plenty of real estate agencies, restaurants, and Walt Disney is only 20 minutes away for entertainment. We have also made good friends here among the permanent residents. In the mornings and evenings we enjoyed the back patio beside the pond feeding the ducks and drinking coffee with the neighbors. Just wish we could have stayed longer, but it is a very popular place with a great landlord and was booked for an extended stay through the holidays. Thank you to Bill for making all of it possible!

We just finished 7 days vacation trip from Florida. My family(5 person) all happy to choose this property. Strongly recommend. You will be satisfied. The townhouse is very clean. The location is super convenient. Less than 12min to Dinsney, Universal, Seaworld. 2min to 24 hours wal-mart. You can buy anything inside ! Also the management office is very cooperative, easy to reach. The owner is very nice and hospitality. Definitely will go back next time.

We just got back from our vacation in Orlando!! We had a blast and want to thank Bill for providing an affordable, nice, clean, quiet, comfortable, well supplied, safe, place for us to stay! This condo was in a great location! It was within minutes from all of the attractions! There is a Walmart,other grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and souvenier shops literally right around the corner! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The washer and dryer worked great. There was plenty of towels and sheets. I can't say enough about this condo! We will be back to Orlando in a couple of years and hope that we will be able to stay here again!!! Thank you Bill!!!

With my family and friends, we left this home few days ago. We were 6 people and honestly, this townhouse was more than confortable!! This house have everything that we needed to have a very good vacations and it made us feel like in home. Since new and modern appliances like electric kitchen, microwave oven, LCD TV, washer and dryer, etc until new and modern furnitures, like beds or sofa, all is perfect. About location, nothing to say, it's too close to Disney's Parks, Downtown Disney and Outlets, it has supermarkets, pharmacies and a lot of kind of stores near there, and have very good access. The neighborhood is quiet and nice with beautiful park with ducks and birds and good places to park cars. Honestly we are very thankful to had choosen this home. We hope to come back soon!

We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and enjoy it very much. The condo was very comfortable and was fully equipped, well furnished and had all the need and more. The house is in a perfect location, close to Disney World and others parks, also close to many shops and restaurants. The owner and local management are very helpful. We highly recommend this condo!!! Everything else was just GREAT!!!

We stayed at this townhouse 10 days and it was very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. Definitely great value for our money! Close to everything, it makes it completely superfluous to stay directly on the Disney resort, since you still get all the comforts of home at a fraction of the price - It leaves more spending room for souvenirs!

The property was even better than we were expecting, extremely clean and comfortable. The community is very nice, quiet and minutes away from everything, Disney, Sea World, Universal, MCO... you named it. Whatever you possibly need is just one minute away... stores, restaurants... We had a very pleasant time there, we surely will be back.. I only hope it will be soon.

We were very happy during the entire stay. We had 3 kids with us, and it felt like home away from home. The location is excellent - close to everything - Not only all attractions but also to the Walmart SuperCenter, CVS and Rt 192 which has everything you need otherwise. The Townhouse has everything you need for your stay; fully equipped kitchen and even a washer and dryer! It is tastefully decorated and well appointed. We would definitely reccomend it, and would stay again.

We were delighted with this property. We stayed 10 days, and it felt like home away from home. The location is excellent - close to everything. The condo has everything you need for your stay; fully equipped kitchen and even a washer and dryer! It is tastefully decorated and well appointed. Great Location for a Disney Vacation!

We just returned from our trip and loved the location of your townhouse. Very close to restaurants and Disney. It worked perfect for our family of 5 with a crib, high chair & stroller included in the rental. It was great to have the comforts of home such as coffee maker, blender, full refrigerator, toaster, and baby items. Townhouse is very new and nicely appointed. The pool was relaxing and neighbors friendly. Bonus was the swings across from the townhouse that the children loved. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home! The Sanderson Family
