Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental

Come and join us at the Mediterranean style gated resort of Fiesta Key, in the heart of Kissimmee.
You can relax in the cool refreshing pool or on the landscaped sundeck or just use the house as a base when enjoying many of the theme parks and activities that the area of kissimme area has to offer.

Clubhouse
The resort features many amenities to make you stay enjoyable. The Clubhouse includes a seating area with relaxing comfortable chairs with a 42" Plasma cable TV, card tables and chips for a game, small kitchen for storing / preparing snacks and FREE WiFi.

Also within the clubhouse is the fitness room kitted out with running, cycling, elliptical trainer and multi-gym weights machine.

To the rear of the clubhouse is a large heated free-form swimming pool with an extensive landscaped sun deck. The depth of the pool ranges from 3 - 5 ft. There is a stepped entrance into the water and with several underwater seats for relaxing in the cool refreshing water.

Next to the clubhouse is the floodlit tennis court and if you prefer to take an evening walk the within the resort there is also two tranquil lakes and even a few ducks.

House.
When you return to the house after a visiting the theme parks or using the resort amenities, you can relax in the air-conditioned home from home surroundings.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities, lounge, two dining areas, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and screened lanai.

The lounge features digital cable TV, DVD, FREE Wi-Fi internet access and local calls, numerous DVDs, Books and sleeper sofa.

When you finally run out of energy there are 3 bedrooms upstairs, all with cable TV and walk-in closets. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. For younger children there is a crib or toddler bed that can be used in the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in double shower and the other bedrooms share the family bathroom which has bath / shower. All three rooms have large walk-in storage closets.

For families travelling with small children there is also FREE use of BABY/KIDS equipment such as highchair, stroller, bouncer, crib, toddler bed, changing mat etc.

There is climbing and a slide in the Children’s Play Area located approximately 200 yards from the house.

During your stay you will be only a short drive from all the attractions, Disney is approx 7 miles, 15 miles from Universal and 9 miles to Sea world.

Wonderful stay at Steve & Tracy's Florida home

After two days of driving it was wonderful to arrive at this lovely comfortable home. My daughters and I spent 5 days in the parks and 6 nights at this home. Everything was perfect and there were no issues at all. Very close to Disney. thanks again Steve and Tracy! Victoria

Very clean. Nicely furnished. Plenty of extras to help with kids including toys and pool toys. Nice, quiet community. Within 20 minutes to all major Orlando attractions.
