Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental

A fully equipped, 2 year old luxury 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse located just 3 miles from Disney on a 4* resort at Old Town, Kissimmee.

The house is decorated in a tasteful modern style. It has cable TV in the lounge and master bedroom, wired internet access, full cooking and laundry facilities.

It is a family resort featuring a beautiful tropical pool complex consisting of 2 heated pools, 1 of which has beach entry, lazy river, waterfall, water slide, whirlpool and sun bathing terraces. The resort incorporates its own lake and is bordered by a forested conservation area on one side and Old Town at the other. It is a great location as there is a choice of bars, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance of the house.

Area Description

The property is situated behind Old Town, Kissimmee, just off Hwy 192. Disney is only 3 miles away and SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Wet N' Wild and Discovery Cove all within easy reach.

Old Town is just a few minutes walk from the house and is a tourist destination in itself with its shops, restaurants and rides. It also boasts nightly entertainment such as bands and car shows. If that isn't enough to keep you busy, then there's plenty more facilities close by on highway 192 and International Drive.

Within an hour's drive there is a choice of beaches and the Kennedy Space Centre is within easy reach for a day trip.

I am very impressed with how quickly the owner responded to my every email. The lines of communication were always open and his responses were always quick and informative. He also provided a Florida vacation manual that was packed full of very useful information. I will definately recommend his property to others and will request to vacation there again in the future.

The Town house was really nice I would stay there again. It is really close to all the theme parks in the area. There alot of really great resturants and shops.

Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants, grocery store and all the Theme Parks. Excellent communication with the owner (friendly and polite). The townhouse was close to perfect, only problem was the king mattress could have been in better condition (but the owner has been made aware of the problem).
