It's a fantastic deal - just look at our prices. This is a quality rental in a modern, attractively decorated home with great local facilities for all the family. We can offer such good value as we are renting directly and not through an agent.
The house is a 3 minute drive from Disney main gate. Why waste time driving 30 minutes each way as from a lot of the other houses you will see offered. It is in a quiet location in the 192 resort area at Old Town Kissimmee which is very close to Celebration. Most of the other houses you see advertised are miles from any facilities. Very close by (walkable) you will find a Publix supermarket, numerous restaurants and bars, shops, a flea market, rides and entertainment. If you looking for some adventure, at Fun Spot you will find the worlds tallest sky coaster and multi-level go-kart tracks.
There is an indoor and outdoor pool available. The pool complex has a hot tub and a sun terrace with sunbeds and is located a 5 minute drive from the house.
The house is 4 years old. It is fully equiped with cable TV in every bedroom, a 42 inch plasma TV and Playstation 2 in the great room and free wirless internet. It is decorated in a tasteful modern style. Downstairs it has a kitchen, dining area and great room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite and a family bathroom. There is high-speed wireless internet access, free US and Canada phone calls. Full cooking and laundry facilities are provided.
Area Information
Old Town is just a few minutes walk from the house and is a tourist destination in itself with its shops, restaurants and rides. It also boasts nightly entertainment such as bands and car shows. If that isn't enough to keep you busy, then there's plenty more facilities close by on the 192 and on International Drive.
Within an hour's drive there is a choice of beaches and the Kennedy Space Centre is within easy reach for a day trip.

Really really nice..... The pool was amazing and the town house was perfect.... Very clean and very spacious. Would go again. We saw an alligator in the pond and a snapping turtle.... The kids loved it. And old town was very cool, lots to do and everything is nice and close. Great location. Very quit for being so close to old town. I just want to thank the owners for a great and easy booking of the place.... It went very smooth. And thanks for responding to my questions fast...... We will see you soon..... This 3 bedroom townhome had everything we needed to enjoy our Disney vacation. We were able to prepare all of our meals in the large kitchen which saved a lot of money. We have 2 children and so it was great that they had their own room to wind down in after a long day at the parks which a small hotel room would never offer. The 2 full bathrooms were really handy in the morning as we got ready for the day. Although the slide was not working at the pool, the kids still enjoyed. It sounds like they will be expanding the clubhouse area and making some improvements over the next year. The location of this unit was great. It was close to all of the Disney parks and to Highway 4 which brought you to the other parks. There is a SuperTarget nearby as well which is where we picked up all of our groceries for the week. Overall it was a great time and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in Simons house this past summer. It was a perfect house for us with everything we needed. The house was well taken care of and everything worked. Disney World is one of the funnest places, and it's only a 15 minute drive from the townhouse I rented. It had most everything you need, except laundry detergent. Sone of the lights didn't work, but aside from that the place is great. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room, it was much more then I needed, especially considering I spent most of the time in theme parks anyway. I highly recommend it.

This vacation community is situated at the west end of highway 192 whitch is a couple of minutes from Disney and is also right at the end of International Drive, Fun Spot is right next door with lots to see and do there is also loads of shops and restaurants. the townhouse we stayed in was very very nice and well kept with loads of room to move about in. The pool area was great for the kids to play and us to catch some rays. Going back in summer 2012

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was all that it said it would be, clean really close to Disney World and Restaurants, stores, attractions. The office personnel was helpful on telling us short cuts to places we were interested in going. My grandchildren loved the condo they could go outside and play, had their own rooms and space, lots better than a motel room . We cooked most of our meals and saved money. the only thing I would suggest is the kitchen needs more pots to cook with there were only 2 pots and one frying pan. I did bring my waffle maker from home which help out alot. I am planning to stay again when we are back in the area. Very quiet place to come home to after a hot day at Disney. Thanks for making our vacation a great and memorable one.

Location was perfect for our family as we like to walk sometimes & leave the car "at home". Disney just a few minutes (by car) away so handy to pop back "home" for a midday break before the evening events. The townhome is very nicely furnished & all our needs were met (apart from a tea kettle....which I would have brought with me if I'd known.....once a Brit always a tea drinker) Would recommend to anyone needing a home from home.

We had such a great stay. We researched many different properties and hotels for our family trip (primarily to Disney World) and this looked like a great deal, and indeed it was. It is located within minutes of the Disney parks and was quiet and peaceful. Our family ate every breakfast at the home and packed our lunches before we left each day. We were usually home in time for a late dinner. By utilizing the kitchen we were able to save about $500 on our trip. The home was clean and comfortable as well. I have given my friends the link to this home as I was more than staisfied with my stay and am sure to return again.

The townhouse was well equipped and clean. The pool area was very crowded on the weekend days. I don't know if the resort allows people from the outside into the pool but it was extremely crowded and loud. It is at least 20 minutes to get to Disney even traveling the alternate routes provided. We clocked all the routes to and from Disney. The space inside the townhome worked well becasue my in=laws stayed in the downstairs bedroom while our children had one bedroom upstairs and we had the other.

We were happy with the lodging location. The kids really enjoyed the easy access to Old Town and walked there each night. There were a few hiccups, the unit was not yet cleaned when we arrived so we were delayed 1.5 hours from the promised check in time, but the management was readily available if we had any problems. The unit, once cleaned, was very spacious accomodated us quite well. It is only 10 minutes from door to door Disney(even with traffic) and the pool area is quite nice! I would stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and neat and comfortable the apartment was. I owned a motel on the beach on Cape Cod MA and know how hard it is to find help that takes pride in their standards. I stayed two full months and hope to stay three next winter. The apartment was centrally located to many attractions and family. Sorry to see it end. I will bookmark this website to make sure I book there again. The grounds were kept clean and neat also. Many maintenance men around and Ann in the office is very pleasant and helpful too. Thanks for a wonderful winter and experience.

This condo was in a great location for food, shopping and of course amusement parks. The pool is beautiful if you want to just lounge around for a day. The place was clean and spacious. The only complaint I has was about ants. We were warned about leaving things out and put everything in the fridge. But they found their way to the disposal after we cleaned up a meal. Management did come spray right away but after using the stove they attacked that right away again. Place is lovely just needs a good spray.

We arrived in the early at noon on a Sunday and our keyless entry was not available until 4pm which is check-in time, but after a phone call to management we were allowed entry. Simons home was spotless and we were delighted with the master bed-room which has a king size bed that is so very comfortable. I can not comment on the other two bed-rooms which have twin beds, as it was just two the of us. THREE flat screen T.V.s and a game boy! I did use the kitchen which has plenty of dishes, everything was in working order. I liked the layout of Simons home, as it gives space for children to play and move around, and I could hand out breakfast, and dinners without moving from the kitchen! Most of the time it was just the two of us enjoying the pool and relaxing in the sunshine. Both the pool, and Old Town, are about a 3 minute walk from the home. Celebration Town is within walking distance 2.5 miles, or take the car, as it is worth a visit! Plus if you arrive on a Sunday it has a farmers market where you can pick up some fresh veggies and fruit! We had so much fun floating around the pool during the day, and at night enjoyed watching the old cars and bikes parade around Old Town which I should mention they have bands playing RocknRoll 50/60 music. We had an Amazing Time, and wished we could of stayed longer. We were really comfortable in Simons home - Thanks for having us!

Really pleased we happened upon this accomodation. An excellent base for an Orlando theme park holiday. Eldest son (15) loved having so many tv channels to hop through. Younger son (14) enjoyed the pool on our "totally theme parked out" days. Would also recommend going to Wekiwa Springs for a relaxing swim and canoe trip - about 30 miles north up the I4.

This place is very well located. It is close to mile marker 9 on 192 and about 1 mile from I-4 which gives you quick access to all the theme parks. The place is very clean and the area is very quiet. Good place to relax after a long day in any theme park. We enjoyed being able to walk to Old town it is a small but unique place to visit. Would diffently rent this place again

My family and I stayed in the Old Town Kissimmee townhouse for Easter week. It was fabulous! We had the best time and our kids will never forget this vacation! The townhouse was clean, very nicely furnished, housed everything needed for our stay and best of all it was so close to everything! Disney was maybe a 5 minute drive if that. Old Town was a hit in itself with the kids. The car shows were great and the pool and lazy river were so relaxing! I would recommend staying here to anyone and have voiced to my wonderful and inexpensive stay to my family, friends and co workers! It was wonderful!

We have just returned from a 14 night stay at this property in Kissimmee, and we couldn't rate it highly enough. We were a little bit anxious about booking it over the internet as it is such a long way to travel should things go wrong, but we really needn't have worried, we didn't experience one problem. The house is really spacious, light and airy, with everything that you could possibly need for your stay, making it a real home from home. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was always clean, with plenty of sunbeds & chairs to use. The house itself is a short walk from all the amenities at 'Old Town', which is packed with restaurants and shops. We only had to contact the management once, and found Anne to be really helpful and more than friendly. We chose this property due to it being only 3 miles from all the Disney parks, and found the route to all the parks really accesible from here. We would all love to return to Florida, and when we do, will definately book this accomodation again. Highly recommended!

Hi the house we stayed in was imacliate could not fault the accomodation first clas and the area was a great place very tidy with old town a few mins walk away and all attractions 10/20 mins drive away................. (good old sat nav) Had a few niggles with getting into the house which was by a door code we got there at 11.30pm and we couldn't get into the house code was not working but had phone number of a manager and he got back to us once i had phoned him and he was able to help us. We had a couple more problems with the door which got sorted but again they happened at the time of nite when we had sleeping children. But definatley will recommend this propery and a big thank you to Anne for all her help during our stay there.

I am very impressed with how quickly the owner responded to my every email. The lines of communication were always open and his responses were always quick and informative. He also provided a Florida vacation manual that was packed full of very useful information. I will definately recommend his property to others and will request to vacation there again in the future.

The Town house was really nice I would stay there again. It is really close to all the theme parks in the area. There alot of really great resturants and shops.

Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants, grocery store and all the Theme Parks. Excellent communication with the owner (friendly and polite). The townhouse was close to perfect, only problem was the king mattress could have been in better condition (but the owner has been made aware of the problem).
