Thank you for viewing Disney's Townhome. We purchased this beautiful gem in July 2009 and have improved the inside for our guests. Comfort at its best, providing all round family accommodation. Whether it is Disney World, Golfing, Site seeing or just relaxation it's all here for you. Our home is within minutes of Florida attractions, golf courses, shopping, and exciting night life. My family and I hope you like our home as much as we do.

Our place has four bedrooms, three and 1/2 bathrooms. Two of the rooms are master bedrooms. The upstairs master has a balcony view of the greenery with a king size bed. The second queen size bed master bedroom is located downstairs for the lucky ones who can get their coffee or tea in the morning first. The living room is cozy and close to the dining area which has views of the back yard greenery. Disney's Townhome is an end unit with its own entrance for extra privacy.

Disney's Townhouse will give you luxurious living and a vacation experience that will exceed your expectations. Guests enjoy the use of the resorts facilities such as the two community heated pools, spa, fitness center, sauna, volleyball court, and a new tennis and basketball court. A short walk along the beautifully landscaped grounds to the clubhouse where you can check your e-mail at the Cyber Cafe or play video games with the children in the Arcade, have a cold drink or a snack from the Tiki Bar and relax by the pool. The staff at the Concierge Desk will be happy to help you with any of your vacation needs, like information and directions to restaurants and golf courses, discount coupons and park tickets, as well as transportation, all within a secure gated community.

What about our resort? Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Once inside, you feel as if you have entered a special preserve. Guests to our townhome can utilize all the facilities provided within the resort, which include the clubhouse sauna, fitness center, arcade games, Internet cafe, Tiki-bar, heated community pools and spas, volleyball and tennis courts, kiddie play areas, and much more. Within minutes of Walt Disney World® and a short drive to shopping and dining, this 'island' serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination with millions of visitors a year has to offer.

For the golfer in you there are so many courses to chose from like Kissimmee's own Bay Country Club award winning championship course. Walt Disney World Resorts has golf too with golf courses such as Bonnet Creek, Lake Buena Vista, Magic Kingdom Magnolia, Palm and Oak Trail.

Go ahead and make the family dinner in our kitchen just like you do at your own home. After dinner you can walk down and enjoy a stroll along the nature path at Emerald Island as you view the ponds in the twilight hours. If you stay out long enough, you may even be able to see the Walt Disneyworld fireworks that appear in the sky from time to time.
