Thank you for the wonderful experience with your condo. It was definitely a great deal for the money! The condo was spotless and modern, with plenty of room for our family of 6, including 2 teenagers. The kitchen and the condo had everything we needed. The owner was fantastic to work with. We had a question shortly after we arrived and she answered quickly with 100% satisfaction. She also took time to answer several questions along the way about the location and property. We were very pleased with the owner. We've stayed at many condos and by far this was the cleanest, most comfortable, most modern one. The location was great. We left for the parks 1 hour before they opened and were at the parks gate in line within 15 minutes. At night, it's a quick ride home, plus it's nice to come back to a condo with plenty of room for everyone to relax. It's also in close vicinity to a normally price grocery store. Also, my son has a disability and this unit worked, as he never had to leave the first floor. I would highly recommend not just this unit, but working with this owner. She was wonderful.

We stayed in this townhouse for a week and it was perfect! The location was great. Disney was a very short and easy drive with no traffic and there were restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Having 3 full bathrooms is really a plus when you are trying to get ready to head out for the day. I would stay there again!

Great townhouse for family vacation

My family spent 11 nights at Lisa's townhouse in last December, we had wonderful time during our vacation. I should say that her vacation package really helps a lot, from access instruction, departure checklist, friendly reminder to major attractions and shopping nearby, everything is just at hands. The location is also near to the Disney World and saved us some time on the road. We can even have dinner at the townhouse, then back to the theme park to see fireworks in the evening! I highly recommend this townhouse to any body for family vacation.

I highly recommend this townhouse... it is very close to Disney, and the area where it is located is very quiet! The townhouse was perfect for us and my daughters loved that they could play with the Nintendo that is provided by Lisa. Lisa was wonderful to deal with and next time we visit Disney I will stay at Lisa's for sure!!

We own a timeshare in the area but picked this over our timeshare because of availability. These townhomes are a couple of years old and wonderful. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms, flat screen tv's, games for the kids and a full kitchen...it can't be beat. Even more amazing, it is the closest group of townhomes to Disney! No joke. Only go thru two lights and you are in Disney. Takes 5 minutes to get to ESPN Wide World of Sports! Never touches I-4! We will rent our timeshare out before skipping this property. Landlord is extremely responsive and refunded my deposit in days! Lisa, you and your homes rock! Our family felt like we never left home and the kids wanted to stay...not because of Disney but because of their vacation home! I have refered this place to everyone I know. You will not find anything cleaner, newer or closer for a fraction of the price.

I loved that it was in a gated community (made me feel safer), that it has 3 bathrooms (so I wouldn't have to share with my kids), was clean and comfortable (a deal breaker for me), a full kitchen (we ate breakfast in most days), a washer/dryer (a godsend, since our clothes were drenched with sweat or rain most days). I appreciated not being awakened by slamming doors or people talking loudly while walking down the halls like I would if I stayed in a hotel. Have to say we didn't hang out at the house much. We basically slept, showered, ate breakfast and did laundry there since we had an intense schedule everyday, but when we were there, it was nice and relaxing. Close to Disneyworld, a SuperTarget, a Cracker Barrel restaurant (it was so cute and kitschy! We don't have them out West), a Chik-fil-a, many other restaurants and a gas station."

We have been to a variety of Disney accommodations, but this was a great alternative! The price was right, the location superb (5 minutes from Animal Kingdom!) & the condo was clean, well maintained & comfortable. Lisa was very helpful, & easy to work with. It was a little longer drive to Universal, but only about 20 minutes. We'd return!

This condo was wonderful very clean and with all the amenities that you would need. Situated in a beautiful gated community and close to supermarkets dinning, miniature golf and so much more.This property is also close to the parks such as Disney, Sea World and Universal I had no problem at commuting to these attractions as they were so close. And even if you are not going to the parks there is so much to do close by. I would recommend this property to anyone who is planning a trip to FL, Lisa the owner is very friendly and answers any questions you may have quickly plus her rates were VERY affordable. I LOVED IT!

The Condo was awesome,the owner was true to her word when she said that this condo was 5 minutes away from Disney. Clearwater Beach was just an 1 1/2 hr drive. The condo was very nicely decorated/very safe for family w/ young kids. The price was ver affordable,it's wothr every penny and more. The restaurants/grocery store/gas station were very nearby. Overall we had a great time, we didn't want to leave. Will highly recommend, we'll give it an A+++++++++....

i just want to say, this was our first time going to florida for 2 weeks, we enjoyed the townhouse very much, it was just as it is shown, very clean and comfortable..we would very much recommend this to anyone. it was very close to everything and anything you wanted to do.. just one suggestion though, a grill for cooking out... thank you again for a comfortable vacation..

This is a beautifully decorated and two-year old town tome. Everything is new -- from bedding to furniture. The gated community is safe and shopping is within 2 minutes drive outside of the community. The best part, it is only 5 minutes away to Disney World's main entrance, also less than 10 minutes away from Downtown Disney and Boardwalk. We could spend the evenings there after dinner.
