Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental
Our 1470 sq. ft. Townhouse includes a main floor bedroom (handicap accessible) with a King size bed, private bath/Jacuzzi with TV and DVD player. Our spacious Living area is complete with cable TV, & VCR, sofas (one sofa pulls out for a Full size sleeper bed) and plenty of room to relay after a full day at Disney. There is a slider door to the outside wrap-around covered porch. We have added Wireless Internet for your free unlimited use anywhere inside our townhouse. The Dining area and Kitchen comes fully supplied with appliances, dishes and all eating/cooking utensils and a Washer and Dryer free for your use.
The Upper level has three bedrooms. A Main upper bedroom with a TV, a Queen size bed, dressers and includes a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms have two twin beds each, TV’s and dressers. One of these rooms contains the PS2 gaming system for your kids to play their own system games of to watch DVDs on. An additional Bathroom is located on this upper level.
The townhouse is fully furnished in tasteful decorations, wood furniture. The townhouse comes with all bedding linens, blankets, sheets, pillows and bath towels. The kitchen has all cooking materials you may need to cook and eat in or, if you want to take back or eat out, the famous Route 192 (Irlo Memorial Highway / Vine Street) is 1 block away for many eat-in or take-out restaurants. We have added folding chairs to enjoy our outside covered porch and a basketball, volleyball, tennis balls and rackets for your enjoyment. The community is located blocks away from a “Super Wal-Mart Center”, “Super Target Shopping Center” and “BJ’s” store.
Venetian Bay Village is a Gated Resort Community with a Private Lake, a Recreation/Fitness Center, 4 Pools, Playgrounds, Tennis Court, Volleyball, Basketball, Picnic Areas, Game Room with pool table, air hockey, pinball and video machines and Free children’s movie theater - onsite. The Business Center has wireless high-speed Internet, computers and printers for guest use. There is even an On-Site Car Wash facility.
We are located close to all the Walt Disney World Parks, Sea World and Discovery Cove, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure Parks, Gatorland Park, Medieval Times Dinner theater and many other Orlando attractions. We are located between Osceola Parkway and Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) for easy access to Route 4, Orlando International Airport and all Orlando attractions.

After a full day at Disney or Universal, Gatorland or Sea World, you can make a short drive back to a spacious townhouse with enough room to let the kids be kids and the grown-ups rest. If you want to pack lunches you have a full refrigerator to keep the store bought foods fresh and a full kitchen to prepare everything. Keep your drinks frozen in the freezer before packing them for a day at the parks or buy your meals out and bring the leftovers and snacks back to enjoy a quiet evening in the safe and secure setting of the Venetian Bay gated community. Do not worry about the kids going out by themselves to the pools or play areas. We have 24 hour private security to assure their well being. Just relax and enjoy your holiday.

And we lucked out while there at your townhouse, we had Beautiful weather!!!!............the first week was about higher 70's or around 75 (I think) and blue skys the whole time!, but in the 70's is hot to me, because the sun is hot, then the next week a few days were in the 80's..a little hot and humid..i loved the 75's LOL..........so the whole time it never rained , wore shorts the the whole time...we lucked out!
We went to magic kingdom on a day that was about 75, blue sky (hot sun though) and a nice coolish breeze!..was perfect.
