The resort features a wide variety of amenities, including a clubhouse adjacent to a beautiful large pool with water features and large relaxing spa. There is also an internet cafe, game room, and exercise room. Enjoy the tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts and children's playground in easy walking distance of the home. Our unit is located next to the clubhouse and pool area, making it one of the best locations to help make your vacation both relaxing and memorable. This two story 3 bedroom home is decorated in a charming "Floridian" style, and offers many amenities. There are three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living/dining combination, and a kitchen with all full sized appliances. The spacious first floor Master Bedroom suite has a queen size bed and full bath with jet spa tub. You will enjoy the bright and sunny space. The walk in closet provides plenty of storage. The second bedroom features two twin size beds and is located on the second floor. Both upstairs bedrooms are near the full bath with a sink inside the bathroom and one in the hallway. The third bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a full size bed and an entertainment center with a large assortment of family videos. There is plenty of closet space both in the room and in the hallway. A TV is located in each of the bedrooms. The living room/dining room combination features an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. Large 36" TV is provided for your enjoyment. The queen sized sleeper sofa adds additional sleeping space. The fully equiped kitchen with modern appliances and upgraded wood cabinets has an electric range with large overhead microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, small appliances and cooking utensils are provided. The dining area offers seating for 6 at the table, as well as two stools at the counter. Dinnerware, glassware, and utensils are provided for your dining enjoyment.

• Deposits: Reservation Deposit - Initial reservations can be made by e-mail or telephone. Reservation will be confirmed after payment of a deposit of US $250.00. Reservations deposits are refundable ONLY as described in our "Cancellation Policy" Security Deposit - A $250 Security Deposit is required on all rentals of 7 nights or less, additional amounts may be required for longer stays.
   
• Other Fees: $65 Cleaning fee for stays under 7 days. Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties: Cancellation 4 weeks or more before arrival date is subject to a cancellation charge equal to the deposit paid. If the home is rented out again for the canceled period, the paid deposit will be returned, less US $50 administration charges. Non-payment of the full amount 30 days prior to arrival date will lead to cancellation and deposit will be forfeited.
