Charming four-bedroom villas in the heart of Kissimmee, Florida. Minutes from Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Close to the clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub, children's playground, and pond. It accommodates up to ten guests and is filled with amenities, such as cable TV's (TV in every room including at least one 42" flat screen LCD HDTV) with more than 150 channels, a Blu-Ray/DVD/WiFi player, wireless internet access, washer, dryer, microwave, iron and board, hairdryers, baby crib, high chair, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our gated community has security guards 24x7 on duty who will help you anytime you need.
Located in a resort built in the Venetian style, the townhouses lie amid scenic walking trails, water fountains, swimming pools, tennis, volleyball/basketball courts and a play area for children. The club house provides 24x7 access to a fitness center, free internet, a game room, and a theater room that shows movies on Fridays and Saturdays! We stayed in this home during our 4 day trip to Disney and I can honestly say it was my most comfortable stay in the Orlando area despite it being with my in laws =) The home was spacious and well kept, there were extra linens in the closet, everything you would want in a home away from home. Our group consisted of 5 children all under the age of 7 and this property was located right across from a playground and swimming pool. It could not have been better placement for us. The property managers were very quick to respond to all of my (many) questions. The only downside was the security only gives you a parking permit for the day and not the duration of your stay but they are quick and efficient so it is typically only a minute or two at the gate.

This was a great deal. I was only looking for two nights, but i couldn't pass up the offer. House was cleaned and neat. It was comfortable for my large group of 10. Close to the parks, restuarants, and shops. Best of all is their customer service.

The booking process was easy, and the owners attended to every detail to make sure everything went smoothly. The house was clean and spacious. We had 8 people sleep on beds in the bedroom, although you can use the sofa bed to sleep 2 more. Would've liked to have a can opener in the house, and more plastic or glass bowls for preparing food. Security was very good. The kids enjoyed the pool and the nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

I had a very awesome vacation and enjoyed staying at the Venetian Bay Villages. It was a very nice area to stay in and very convenient for any travel to the Orlando area. All shopping centers were close by. The owner was very kind and responded to all of my concerns in a timely manner. I do plan on staying at this location again and hopefully renting from the same owner. I would recommend this stay to any and everyone who would want to visit the Orlando area.....It was a very clean neighborhood and well secured by security guards. The only problem I see with the area is the pool. Our boys was up playing for AAU Nationals and after a long day of play sometime were unable to go to the pool because it closed at 11 P.M. That would be the only thing I recommend about the pool being open at a later time. My overall experience was the best......

Nice Place &Good Buy...but a couple of suggestions

Very well priced and a great location. Condo is a good fit for a larger family needing a little extra room. Close to everything and very livable. We would recommend that the owners would secure the chest of drawers to the walls in the bedrooms. The chest of drawers don't seem very stable and could easily tip over causing serious injury to small children. To make it worse, large TVs are on top of the chests. This is an easy fix, but something we would want done before staying again. Although the place was nice and clean, we would suggest that the fabric chairs get deep cleaned as a few of them seemed stained.

I hadn't been to Florida since 1991 and we have a great time in Florida. We came for an AAU tournment and was there a week. The facility was very nice and clean. The bedrooms were large and very room and we had all the comforts of home. I would Highly recommend anyone staying there. Just don't the street from Walmart and other shopping and attractions. We enjoyed our stayed, we loved everything about this house. Jane the owner was helpful too, each time we had a question she would reply to our e-mail promptly. My daughter's friend who came along with us forgot her wallet in the bathroom when we left after our stay. Jane's housekeeper was gracious enough to mail to us in Indianapolis. The facility was everything it was described to be. Very clean and new. The 4 bedrooms worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was a little small, but that made for fast cleanup. We had the pleasure of meeting Jane upon our arrival. Very nice and was available by phone during our stay should we have needed anything. The payment process was easy and we received a call one day after our stay ended saying the security deposit check was in the mail. The grounds were beautiful. Very clean. The pool was perfect. There are 2 coin operated pool tables and some arcade games in the club house and a fitness room. Also a sitting area with a tv and kitchen area. Not much else in the club house to entertain kids. The area is in a good location and far enough away from heavy traffic. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.

We had a great stay! This resort was was pleasant, safe, and comfortable and our 4 bdrm. unit was immaculate! We enjoyed our visit, but wished we had more time for tennis, the pool, and the fishing pond, etc. It was conveniently located for day trips to Universal Studios, Disneyword, and Coco Beach. We will definitiely keep this place in mind if we return to this area! It made our vacation everything we had hoped for and more....... Satisfied in Chicago~

it was just far enough away that you could enjoy some peace and quiet if you wanted too.Spacious and very clean accomadations althought the wifi did not work

I travelled with my family in September to Florida. I chose this house because I found it really nice when I saw it in the internet. And so it was. It's spacious, clean and very well located. My family really liked the place. My boys liked their spiderman bedroom and my little daughter fell in love with her princess bedroom. Jane is a wonderful person, every mail was answered immediately. Next time we plan our disney vacation we'll sure choose this house again. We had a great time. Thanks Jane :)

My family and I had a wonderful time there. Everything we needed was right there. It was a clean environment and provided all the necessary ammenities required fo a enjoyable vacation. The kids enjoyed the pools and parks on the property and we felt safe and secured. All the stores and Theme Parks were just a few minutes away. Can't wait to do this again next year!!!! Thanks

The house and the complex that it is in is "wonderful". The house was beautiful, secure, clean, and we felt right at home. The owners are wonderful to deal with and are very very very true to their word. Will definately recommend to family and friends. A++++++++

This is a lovely place to call home away from home. My family and I truely enjoyed our stay at the house. The rooms were very roomy and cozy. The key to the house was very convenient to access the house. Everything in the house work great. A iron and ironing board was supplied for you. Even pots, pans, and kitchen utensils in the kitchen was supplied for you. There was a TV in both in the living room and in both master bedrooms with cable. A big asset was the ability to use the internet for my laptop. The trash compactor in the complex was convenient for you. The pool and jacuzzi was at the right temperature. The exercise room was great for a workout. I recommend this house to anyone. If I visit disney world again, I will definitely try to stay here again.
