Ficamos em 5 adultos e a casa atendeu perfeitamente. Muito espaçosa e próxima das principais atracões (especialmente a Disney e a Outlet). Ps: pra fazer qualquer coisa em Orlando é necessário um carro. Tivemos apenas 2 problemas, a lâmpada de um dos quartos estava queimada, pegamos uma que sobrava no banheiro e trocamos, e a cama do quarto com berço tinha um buraco no centro, isto não conseguimos consertar. Consideramos razoável, dado o tamanho e conforto da casa.

This townhome was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Spacious kitchen and sitting area on the main floor. TVs in living room and both large bedrooms. It had all the necessities to prepare and eat meals. The location is very close to Disney and close to grocery stores and restaurants. There is a basic playground with a slide and swings and the townhome is across from the pool which was warm and great for kids. The owner was very prompt in replying to emails and the small problem we had was addressed quickly by the management company. This is not a fancy townhome complex or townhome but it is a great price. If you would rather spend your money on area attractions and restaurants, then this is the place for you!

5 adults were a bit cramped. Could use more towels and non-plastic glasses. Neighbourhood kids were running the streets til quite late. With thermostat and furnace upstairs it was hard to keep lower level warm enough on cool nights. But location is awesome for all area attractions, place was clean and the help for one problem we had was immediate. TV's great and appreciated games and cards left there. Can recommend for families who intend to do Disney, Universal or shopping.

Since my entire family wanted to take a vacation to Disney World for a week, we decided to rent a condo. One never knows what to expect when looking for a rental place over the internet. Our choice was ideal. The condo was spacious, clean, well-equipped with the necessities (even a high chair, baby bed, and stroller), and it was located only a few miles from the Disney theme parks. The owner of the property responded to my inquiries immediately and made the rental experience very easy for us. We certainly enjoyed staying at this condo while visiting Disney World

This property is just perfect for living! It is so close to everything ( food, shopping and Disney!) The property is just right across from the pool and its very well maintained. I will definitely rent this place again next year!
