Can't go wrong with this one

I would recommend this house to anyone. For a party of 8, we found that we all had the space and privacy when we wanted, as well as a spacious public area to get together. The house was clean, and everything was in great shape. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We had not a single complaint on the house. Also, the owners/managers were always responsive and helpful. You can't go wrong with this one!

Home Away From Home

This home was nice. It was clean, it was big, and higher than my expectations. It was near all major areas in Kissimee and you should definitely stay here. The kitchen was complete and the washrooms were clean. You could sleep well in the bedrooms and there were no problems. I had a clogged bath tub when I arrived (it wasn't my fault) so I called IPG and they fixed it the next day. This house was my home away from home.

My family and I recently stayed here(Aug 20-26) and We were very happy. It has a great location, the community is gated and quiet and the place is comfortable. The jacuzzi instead the pool for us was a plus and We don;t really know if it was that We were so tired but every time We touch the bed We just felt asleep. The only few cons for me are: * Would be better if the people in charge leave the router password in a document and don;t wait to call them for it. * An extra package of toilet paper would be great (just one roll for each bath for 8 person a week was too little) * We'd like to get dish and washer soap ** The check out day We had a person hurried us up one hour in advance. But overall We were extremely happy and of course I'd stay there or another Clement property next time.

This home was very comfortable during our stay. It was close to the parks and stores we needed to go to. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and enough room for the couples to enjoy. The kitchen was fully loaded so we were able to fix dinner. My only wish was that we could have got one of the owners other properties that had more full beds because we had all couples and no kids but most vacation houses are not equipped for just adults.

Start to finish this was a wonderful experience. The townhouse was in a gated community and minutes away from a Target superstore. The unit was IMMACULATE and had plenty of sheets, blankets and towels. Air conditioning worked great and was quiet. People we met in the community were friendly and the grounds were well maintained. We all enjoyed the pool area and our granddaughter loved the playground. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and plan on coming back again.

We had family travelled all the way from Italy and wanted to make their stay in Orlando as happy and comfortable as possible. I have to say that this property was very spacious, clean and very well kept and the pictures in the website does not do it justice. Our family was very impressed!!! The Kitchen appliances were brand new and very clean; only thing is that it lacks some usefull kitchen tools like bigger pots and pans, etc. A big, big plus for me and my family is that Mr. Clement has this house ready with a high chair, baby stroller, crib and playpen. We had a small issue with the feeding chair but Mr. Clement solved the problem right away. The family was happy and our 18 month old baby was really happy as well. Very easy access to main highways, Target and Publix and other stores. This is a property we will definately consider renting again next time we visit Orlando. Thank you Mr. Clement Ng.

What a wonderful vacation. After driving 20hrs through terrential rains and tornados, it was quite a relief to arrive to this welcoming home. Looking back at the website pictures, they show exactly what the house and community look like (reserving hotels, vacation homes, etc via the internet, you never know what you're going to end up with). I'm already planning another trip and will definitely look to stay in one of Clement's properties. As other reviewers stated, he is very responsive to any and all correspondence.

The house was very clean, spacious enough for our family. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. A nice quiet neighborhood. We did not use the community pool. It was a bit of a drive to Universal Studios-our destination- but doable. The water heater quit working during our stay-our only glitch. We would definitely consider staying there again!

First of all.. the location was great! It's about 10 minutes away from the Disney World theme parks. There's super Target and a big grocery store a couple of miles away. The house is excellent! Good size for two family. It was more than what I have expected. It was very clean and nice and fully furnished with basically everything you would need. The hot-tub was a plus, though we only used one night. To say couple of minor negatives from my personal experience... 1. The code to unlock the key box was wrong. Luckily, we were able to figure it out. 2. We were told the coffee maker does not need filter. It does need those bowl shape filter, not the cone shape one. 3. Owner mentioned about taking out the trash in front of the house. It was never picked up and we needed to take them out to dumpster near the community gate. Other than these three negatives, I seriously do not have any other negative comments. There was quick response with email when I asked questions. I would definitely use the exact same property again next time!

Clean and Convenient Condo

We stayed at this condo for a week in Jan 2011 with 4 Adults & 2 children (age 3 & 10 wks). We loved it - it was very close to everything - shopping, Disney & Sea World, even the airport was only 15-20 minutes away. We had to have a kitchen with the children and it was just perfect - spacious and very clean. The private hot tub was an extra bonus! We loved everything about the condo & will be booking again with Clement for our next trip to Disney World. Regarding the booking process - He was very helpful & responded to my emails right away. There wasn't a Wii controller in the condo, so we called maintenance (just to tell them) and within 5 minutes they were at the door with a new one. I would highly recommend staying here, and have already forwarded Clement's properties to a few friends.

Bright and Spacious!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how bright and clean the home was - it actually showed better than in the pics which is rare! We had chosen this home because of the reviews about how clean this owner's properties were and we were not disappointed. The furniture in the LR could use a good cleaning, but other than that everything was very neat and tidy. There was lots of room for the seven of us. A couple negatives were that the hot tub was not in usable condition and there were no large bowls for salads, etc. and decent serving spoons were lacking. Also, the fridge froze my veggies even after I turned it down after it froze them the first time. Just a word of caution for that. Otherwise, we were quite happy with everything and would definitely stay again and would also recommend it to others. Nice and close to Disney and shopping - a few more details about that and info on the gated community for guests would be appreciated, but not a big deal - we firgured it all out!

Excellent! Our stay at the Coral Cay Resorts was splendid. My family and I felt very "at home" from being able to cook for ourselves in the kitchen to the relaxing roomy bedrooms! It was convenient to drive to parks such as Disney and also minutes to the outlet shopping malls. We hope to visit once sometime again in the future, despite our internet difficulties it was honestly "perfect" ! :) Thanks again for the amazing stay!

We just returned from our wonderful trip and had to tell you right away that we loved your home. It was just perfect for our family. The house was so clean and comfortable. Our little girls enjoyed playing in the playground and swimming pool and slept very well while we were there – the best they’ve ever slept on a trip. I enjoyed how quiet and cozy the house was and how well it was equipped. The kitchen was perfect. I had no problem making meals and enjoyed all the appliances and amenities you had provided. We hope to come back to your home again this year!

This was our first time renting on line and were very pleased to find that the townhouse was even better then we expected. It was a wonderful place to go home to after a busy day at Disney. We loved it.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was above and beyond our expectations. Everything is very new and clean. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. Actually even better then home with the hot tub! It was very spacious and comfy. The location was perfect. The area was nice, quiet and very convenient. We look forward to many more vacation get-a-ways at this property. My kids love the Nintendo Wii and the big screen HDTV.

It was wonderful! The vacation home was well maintained and it was very comfortable. The Disney parks were only minutes away, and dining and a grocery store were only seconds away. what we enjoyed most about our stay at Coral Cay was that the gated community was quiet and it just made us feel at home. We would defiantly recommend it.

My family and I spent a week in the Coral Cay neighborhood. The area was perfectly situated, able to accommodate us for our vacation. It was very clean, and spacious which was a plus considering the amount of people we had brought along with us (9). It was well worth the price! Every was perfect, and we will definitely be revisiting!

After a non stop 24 hour drive from Toronto to Orlando this was such a welcomed treat. So beautiful and clean we did not want to leave. The owner maintains this rental exceptionally well. Definitely a home away from home. I recommend this home to all coming to Orlando. Everything is within driving distance. We were 3 females staying here and we felt very safe. Great place, Clement! We'll definitely be back.
