It is a 2-story townhome offering comfort, space, style privacy and a genuinely lush, cozy and most welcoming atmosphere. It is a professionally decorated, lavishly furnished and spacious 3-bedroom/2½-bathroom townhome with a private Spa in the enclosed porch. It is located at a gated and 24/7 security guarded Terra Verde Resort.

- All the bedrooms and two full bathrooms are on the second floor (upstairs).
- Kitchen, dining area, living area, laundry room and half bathroom (powder room) are on the first floor (ground floor)
- Central air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in all the rooms for added comfort.
- The three bedrooms on the second floor offer welcoming beds, all with cozy mattresses.
- The master bedroom suite has a king bed with a cable TV, a dresser, two night tablets with lamps, a closet and attached full bathroom.
- The second bedroom has a queen bed with night tablets, lamps and a closet.
- The third (children's) bedroom has one full (double) bed and one twin bed, night table with a lamp and a closet

We stay one Week in this House in Terra Verda. The House was comfortable and well furnished. The Resort and the Pool was very nice. The only negative Thing was the Hot Tub and the Patio was Not cleaned.
