The Townhouse named "Casey's Cozy Cottage" is a 1400 Square Foot fully equipped 4 Bedroom 3 bath home. It includes a Fully equipped kitchen with all of the utensils, pots and pans and appliances that you would use in your own kitchen. It also has 5 LCD tv's, 1 32" LCD in the living room and each of the 4 bedrooms has a 24" LCD flat screen tv with DVD Player!!
We also offer to our guest dedicated FREE High Speed Internet WIFI (Not shared), CABLE and PHONE SERVICE with calling to all of US and Canada at no extra cost.

The resort grounds are immaculate and it is a gated community with 24 hour security. It has a gorgeous clubhouse with business center, gym, pool tables, theater room, arcade center, and a swimming pool overlooking a beautiful lake. Other amenities include playgrounds, outside BBQ areas with grills, basketball court, tennis court and volleyball court.

The house was as the photos showed. A 4 bedroom home. You get what you pay for. Day we arrived the alarm to the pool was constantly beeping, called management and they said to to take the battery out, I had to use a table knife as a screw driver. Nice screened in Pool=but pool light was broken the entire time we stayed, even after we called management. Summer in South Florida you want to swim in a pool, but it was very dark with no Pool light. The BBQ grill is small and old plus the tank was empty. Manager offered a 25.00 reimbursement to go pick up a tank, I purchased and then returned a New tank because we couldn't use the Dark pool area. Only one light in the entrance area and it made it not enjoyable. The broom was broken so we had to use paper towels to sweep the floor. I had to take a Steak knife and trim the shrub down because it was over grown on the side walk that it forced you to walk in the wet grass. Most appliances available such as blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, they all worked great. No frying pan =especially if you have at least 4 adults and two small children. Remember, this sleeps 10 people. Rooms are nicely decorated but the mattresses are worn and metal spring style, not a good nights sleep if your used to a nice bed. Game room is a converted garage, yep, a garage, no A/C, hot in July. Pool table is OK, no pool chalk. Oh, don't forget to buy outdoor bug spray. The front entrance was covered with flying insects of every kind. Had to hurry up and shut the door before to many got inside, I'm not lying. I live in South East Florida about 3 hours from Orlando and we do not have that problem. The morning we had to check out we stripped the beds as instructed, took all the towels we used and proceeded to look for laundry detergent, another trip to the store. Fortunately their is a Market Place about 2 miles down the road that is very great in prices. This was my 2nd time renting a home vs a hotel. My 1st time was awesome, everything was very well kept up and very clean, comfortable beds, great yard work and landscaping, very nice Grill, no broken broom(S), we did not have to wash any linens, only place them in a basket near the washer. My second time was Mickeys villa, I guess it doesn't matter to most because your probably spending most of the time at Disney or Universal. I didn't think I had to make a list of things to confirm and ask what kind if any compensation is available for next time I rent a home. Shopping List required.

I really enjoyed my at at the 7 dwarfs villa. The only bad thing was that we had a 4br that sleep10. It only came wit 1 small pan, 1boiler, and no bowls. If u could add more dishes to ur home it will be GREAT. THE CLUBHOUSE EXCELLENT. THE SECURITY Great. I will return next year.

believe me, you will not go wrong with this condo, very clean, great security, great price, close to everything, nice pool, lake, clubhouse, tiki bar, great owner, if you have a group, this is the place to stay...
