This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath fully equipped villa offers cable TV with over 200 channels, free wireless internet, cookware, kitchen and eating utensils, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, washer, dryer, iron and board, hairdryers and more.
This scenic lake-view vacation home is only one building away from the club house, which includes a heated pool, hot tub, playground, fitness center, computer room, movie theater, tennis and basketball courts, etc. You will find accommodations that are similar to both high-class hotels and your own home. It would be the exact kind of vacation home you are looking for.
Bedroom 1 is the huge master suite with king size bed, walk in closet & large bathroom which has 2 sinks separate tub & shower. Bedroom 2 is the downstairs master suite with queen size bed. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are 2 twin bedded rooms in upstairs. The third bath room is located in upstairs. Sofa bed is in Living Room. There is cable TV in each bedroom and living room.
We have 3 identical villas in the same resort. Each house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bath. The rate is for one villa. Free parking is just located in front of this house.

We like this property; We like the owner of this property. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. They were very personable in their email, it felt less of a business and more friendly. They provided detail check in information, direction and the Guest Hand book. It was very useful during our stay. The house is great. The location is prefet. Upon arrival we noticed a few minor problems that were instantly attended to by Jack/Stacy. This condo is highly recommended and we will definitely return to it next trip to Orlando area. We were close to various restaurants, stores, and all attractions. Very comfortable accommodations. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Found only thing needing replacement (and have an extra one) is the large frying pan and also provide a few large serving bowls. The twin bed mattresses were a little uncomfortable, need more support/replacement. Need for more support in bed pillows. Too soft. Also, a good suggestion, to have available upon guests arrival, is having some info/maps of the area, and driving to both sides of the state, so planning a day adventure would be more easier ahead of time. This place will be highly recommended to our family members and friends. The owners were very accommodating with all requests. We thank them.

We stayed at the townhouse from 9/10-9/17. The location was great for the theme parks. The townhouse had everything you would need. There were a few things missing and Stacy and Jack immediately took care of it. We had 5 adults staying and everyone had their own room which was nice for some privacy. The pool at the Club House was nice and there literally was no one there during the day as all the kids in the complex were in school. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a decent place to stay for a reasonable price for your vacation in the Orlando area.

I rented the vacation home for one week, it was like been at home. The kids enjoyed the team rooms, the pool, and the tub. As a parent it provided us privacy during our vacation, it was my first time renting a vacation home, I love hotels but this was way better. Everthing in this home was wonderful! The villa included everything that is necessary for a vacation. Having a washer and a dryer were very helpful throughout the stay. The only thing I would suggest is that there was no salt and pepper. Other than that, We had a wonderful vacation and it turn out to be better with the villa we stayed in.

This was a beautiful town house in a gated community. The area was great and I loved the location, just 5 miles to Disney area and pretty closed by High way 192. The house had everything that I needed for me and my kids, full kitchen washer and dryer and spacious rooms. There are so many things to do in the community, tennis court, exercise room, heated pools, etc. When I go back to Florida this is where I'll stay. And thanks to Stacy's Vacation Home you guys were on point with everything and always so nice. Thank you for the great experience.

We were so glad that we rented Stacy & Jack's town home. The resort was beautiful and nice. It closed to all the attractions and restaurants.
