The resort style pools and clubhouse are surrounded by the village style vacation homes, giving you the best of both worlds.
Come with family or friends to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by excitement!
Within our home enjoy a beautiful master suite, complete with King sized bed and full master bathroom. On the first floor you will also enjoy a beautiful and relaxing common area, complete with TV and PlayStation2 gaming console. There is a full, eat-in kitchen, complete with everything you could need to create wonderful meals any time of day.
On the second floor you will find 2 more unique bedrooms as well as a full bathroom and separate vanity. Children will love our Disney themed room complete with board games!
You will also find a basketball, volleyball and tennis balls located in the unit to use at the courts located right around the corner, within the gated community!
On our coffee table you will find a binder complete with information regarding all of the surrounding attractions, pool and club-house times
For your convenience we have a stacked washer/dryer on the first floor, as well as a vacuum in the master bedroom closet.
We now provide a Pak'N Play, high chair and umbrella stroller for our littlest guests, so they can vacation in comfort!

Once you leave Venetian Bay you can travel to The Loop shopping area or to Hwy 192 where you will find ample restaurants and tons of shopping! Have fun playing mini golf, enjoying dinner and a show at Medieval Times, a helicopter ride or a great day at one of the many major theme parks in the area!
Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, Wet and Wild and Sea World are all a short 10-22 minute ride away.

Great Community and Nice Home

My family and I rented the place for spring break. The home had everything we needed and it provided the right amount space for our family of 6, and could fit a couple more. There were do many pools, we felt like we had our own which was within a 1 minute walk from the home. The owner was very nice, everything worked in the home especially the Internet. We had a great time!

Beautiful Townhouse

Our stay was perfect! Very clean, well attended community. Everyone was very friendly, and helpful. The pools were all clean, the yards well maintained. Perfect 3 bedroom, 2 bath, roomy home. Supplied with everything you may need including assecories for the pool or games for the yard. Located within minutes of Disney, Discovery Cove, air boat rides. Booking was very easy and in-expensive, within two days of leaving we got our deposit back. We will use this company again for future travel!

We had a great time on this vacation. We were celebrating 5th Birthday of our daughter. The townhouse was very clean and had mostly everything that we needed. For the family with younger children they even provided strollers and you definitely need them if you going to spend all day in the Disney park. There are 4 swimming pools in the community: 3 smaller ones and one big, barely anyone in the pool eria. So we felt like we had a private pool. 24 hour security in this gated community made us feel very safe. I personally want to say Thank you to the owners of the unit we rented. Anne Marie, we felt like home. Will definitely come back and recommend you to our friends and family.

I recently stayed here with my wife and four other family members for vacation. It was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located to Disney and the other parks. The multiple pools provided great options for privacy and the community staff was exceptional. I highly suggest staying here.

"Best vacation ever" quoted from my kids. Beautiful,clean, and spacious townhome offered our family of 5 everything we needed. Great location and easy to get to Sea World, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, and all Disney parks. The townhome looks exactely like the pictures with beautiful grounds and pools. We loved this property b/c it was so clean and spacious!!! Everyone had their own area!! Every room had a LCD TV with gaming ports for the kids. The kitchen was just right to cook a meal for everyone with fully stocked dishes and cups. They had a dish washer and washer/dryer too!!!
The outside was great for walking dogs. The condos there had bad dispensers all over for poo pickup and trash underneath. The main pool was huge with fountains squirting into it which the kids loved. They had other pools there, but we liked the big one! They also had plenty of security there. They ride around in golf carts.
We would not hesitate to come back to this condo. We saw others like it b/c our team mates had places there too. Ours was the best!!! The perfect home away from home!!!!!

My hubby and I stayed at this property over the memorial day weekend with our friends. First of all, the owners were so wonderful and always answered all the questions I had very quickly. They let us bring our 12 year old dog at no extra cost!!! The location was great since it was close to Orlando, the theme parks, many restaurants, and outlets. The place was super clean and its location was quiet. The owners even have a washer and dryer there so I was able to do laundry before I left! We took advantage of the pools, playgrounds, and fitness center that were within a mere couple hundred feet of the townhouse. We felt safe with the security guards at the gate and walking around the property. I would definitely stay here again and recommended it to all my co-workers in Georgia!

Helpful votes:0/0. We absolutely loved this place! Perfect for our family of 4~~~3 adults and 2 kids(9 and15). Plenty of space for everyone! The place is super clean and having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was so nice! The pictures accurately show the place! We did alot of driving to both coasts, so it was convieniently located and so nice to come back to "our" house at the end of the day! We were so busy that the kids only used the pool once ,but it was very nice and I am sure we would have used it alot more, if we had the time! A couple of minor issues when we first got there were QUICKLY taken care of by Anne and we thank her for that! I will HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone travelling to Orlando and if we ever get back, this is the place I want to stay!!!
