The townhouse is tastefully furnished complete with all appliances and conveniences such as washer/dryer, stove/oven, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, toaster, blender, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils etc. You will enjoy exclusive use of the on-site amenity centre complete with community pool, cabana, gazebo, children's playground, and walking trails. Flat screen TV, cable, WiFi Internet. Air conditioning and central heating.
The ground floor bedroom (Queen) and adjacent bathroom are ideal for those not wanting to use the stairs or who have mobility problems.
A small patio area is accessed through the patio doors from the kitchen. Compass Bay has a large heated swimming pool and Cabana (1 min walk), for the exclusive use of guests, plentiful supply of sunbeds and parasols. There is a childrens play area with play equipment. There is generous parking outside each home. The gardens are maintained to a very high standard.
Clearwater is one of the closest beaches (1.5 hours) - take the I4 west.
Compass Bay is ideally located for the many Golf Clubs in the area. Kissimmee Golf Club is approx 3 miles away.

Many varied and interesting eating establishments exist along the length of the US 192 – closest is 5 mins walk. Compass Bay does have ongoing construction on site but the builder is sensitive to the needs of the holidaymaker. It is not around the property nor the communal facilities.

My family and I (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed here for two months and we had a great time. We came mostly for Disneyworld and I was so happy to only drive 10 minutes to the Disneyworld! The furnishings and decor are just like the pictures, very beautiful and modern. Having laundry facilities in the townhouse was a plus and also the stocked kitchen was very convenient. The only downside was there were too many people at the pool. I would definitely recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation close to Disneyworld!

Great place to Stay! We were very happy with the condo. Close to all parks, easy access, Walmart Supercenter 2 minutes away. Pool was awesome as well. We would stay here again. Oswaldo and Isabele were wonderful to deal with. Price is right as well. Wayne

The property is very new and still in excellent condition, the property had been well cleaned prior to our arrival. The property is nicely decorated and has been furnished to a high standard. The location of the property is very good, just off the 192 (main shopping and restaurant road in Kissimmee). We have stayed in various gated communities around the 192 area over the Years and found Compass Bay to be a very nice, clean, safe community. The pool was a good size and we never had any problem getting a sun lounger, sometimes we even had the pool all to ourselves. The pool is just out the back door of the property which is very handy. Compass Bay is a well maintained complex and we seen the Pool maintenance and landscape gardeners working regularly during our stay. The owner is very helpful and there is a local management who were also very helpful with any questions. We had a great time here and would highly recommend this property if you are looking to rent a home from home in Florida.
