Welcome to our Disney Pleasure home. We help to provide the pleasure in your vacation. We are experts on local activities. This home Offers you a great alternative to a cramped and expensive hotel or motel room. If you are visiting the Disney area then staying in a vacation home is a great way to relax and unwind. The home is yours to treat as your own while you are there. We want to accommodate you in style and comfort. We do that with our Disney pleasure home.
Our home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse at Coral Cay. Two of the bedrooms are master's with en suite bathrooms. It is less than 15 minutes to Disney. The home has a fully equipped kitchen. There are TV's in each master bedroom. There is a hot tub for those relaxing or private moments on the rear deck. The water is placed fresh in the tub for your arrival. We can advise on ANY of the area attractions. Central Florida has a lot to offer and we like to keep abreast of all aspects of the vacation hot spots. Why not give this home the once over, we know that once tried you will come back for more.

Some things in life are hard to find, now you have found it, this home will be a perfect retreat for you and your friends. The home is few steps away from the swimming pool and resort clubhouse and as guests of ours you will have full use of the facilities.
Family Room has a 42 inch LCD TV with Premium Cable TV (more than 250 channels) and FREE WiFi. We also provide unlimited movies via Netflix and also have Nintendo Wii for the whole family to enjoy. Our Kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and includes cookware, serve ware and dinnerware. FREE Unlimited US telephone calls .
After a long hot day at the theme parks, you can relax and unwind in your own private patio HOT TUB while enjoying the spectacular views across the lake.

The Club House in this Gated community is few steps away with Movie Theater, Lounge with Wi-Fi, Billiards table, Swimming pool, childrens play area, sunbathing terraces, jogging trail and a sand volley ball court.

I would not only recommend this to others, I would stay here again. Had no problems at anytime with any of the amenities. It was very up to date and clean. I own a cleaning company, so that's saying something! I felt safe, secure, and very comfortable as well as everyone in my party, including two young children. Hot tub was a treat and very well kept. Honest owner, easy to talk to. Thank you for meeting all of our needs!

Perfect Place for what we needed

Stayed here for a little under a week, the place wasn't the biggest but it fit all 8 of us adults comfortably. It was close to everything and a very quiet neighborhood. Couldn't beat it for the price!

We arrived to a unit that was not very clean (by my wife's standards) and have several maintenance issues. However, Maijo was very willing to work with us to get the unit squared away. He has assured us that the situation was an anomily and will not happen in the future. We like the resort. It has had many issues and has been working through those. Several projects are under way to improve the overall appearance of the grounds. The pool area is very fine. We used the Theater room each week for movies, inviting several other couples in the resort, a great way to meet other quests. They have tentative plans to add a fitness room to the community center which would be a great add to the resort. We have seen enough progress that we have rebooked this unit for 9 weeks in 2013.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhouse. It had everything we needed and felt like in our own home. Very close to Disney Parks. The area is very nice. I would recommend it to anybody.

Convenient & Comfortable

I loved the location and its proximity to Disney and other attractions. It is in a quiet area. The house itself was clean except it appeared that the linen on one of the beds had not been changed. We had some problems with the wi fi the cable but the landlord was very helpful in getting the problems resolved. The theater room in the club house was not open due to the projector being broken. I rate my experience as very good and I recommend this home for those seeking inexpensive vacation accommodations. It is money well spent.

This house has an excellent preserve level and it's very very clean and confortable. We used three of the four rooms and the hot tub too. I went to Disney. It's only 15 minutes. I recommend this house to all people, because you can have a good ratio price/confort/distance to parks.

Just Lovely

We stayed at this lovely townhouse for two weeks and could not have been happier. My three year old granddaughter just loved the screened in hot tub, (it was her own swimming pool with the heat turned down a little). The place was decorated beautifully with comfortable beds and furnishings. We only used two of the four bedrooms and watched only a little TV. The swimming pool and hot tub in the complex was not very busy and the staff were great with any questions. I would highly recommend this reasonably priced location to anyone and will most likely come back. Sincerely
