It's a beautiful house where my family was comfortable. It has everything you need to feel at home. The house is clean, we had a small problem, but they answered very quickly and fixed everything. All Disney parks, Sams, Walmarth and Mall were near the house. I loved to stay, and when I returns to Orlando safe again I'll stay here. I would recommend the house to any of my family to think about vacation in Orlando. Thank you very much for your attentions...

Wonderful stay!

We spent February and March, 2012 at Min and Amy’s beautiful townhouse at Coral Cay in Kissimmee, FL. The location of the townhouse was perfect: close to shopping, Disney, nature trails, library, etc. yet off the main road in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed attending baseball games at the Houston Astros spring training facility which was close by. The patio faces a pond where we often saw herons, ducks, ibis, egrets, and sandhill cranes. The east exposure gave us wonderful morning sun and cool shade in the afternoon. There was more than enough room for the two of us and the four bedrooms and 3 full baths worked out perfectly when our kids and grandchildren came to visit. Other things we greatly appreciated: high quality bedding and towels; comfortable beds; large capacity side by side refrigerator/freezer; hot tub on the patio; 2 large screen LCD TVs; Wi-Fi. Min and Amy responded immediately to our questions and concerns. We highly recommend rental of this home.

My family and I had the pleasure of renting this property and it more than exceeded our expectations. The layout is very spacious (there were 3 adults and 3 children) and we had plenty of room to spend time together as well as retreat to our rooms when we needed private time. The bedrooms were a great size and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies needed to make sure we didn't have to buy plates or silverware or even dish detergent! Having all the linens fully stocked as well was a great help so that we didn't have to bring our own. The owners were very helpful and thorough with all the directions as well as information regarding nearby attractions and restaurants. And when we needed to extend our stay for 1 day, the owners were more than accommodating. The kids loved the gameroom and we spent many days hanging out at the pool and clubhouse. Excellent property and we plan to stay there again next summer.

This townhouse was the perfect home for our vacation. It had plenty of room for my family and my in-laws. The home and community had all the amenities you could ask for. I contacted Amy prior to our stay with a few questions and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We went to Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios on our trip and the drive wasn't bad at all, maybe 20 min. at the most. It's my understanding that Disney and Sea World are even closer. Can't wait to stay here on our next visit and will be recommending this home to everyone! My family and I had a wonderful time, this was a first time experience for some members in my family and they were in awe. The accommodations felt just like home and it was plenty of space for everyone. My friend and I got to relax like we wanted and the boys got to do plenty of swimming. Everything about this vacation was great and I appreciate you sharing your home with us. Can't wait to come back.

Great location for what we had planned to do. Unit was very clean and owners were prompt with all information. We have all ready recommended the property to friends. A suggestion...We got in after 10:30 p.m. it would have been helpful to know to turn left after entering the gate and how many driveways down your unit was.

I stayed here this past weekend and everything was great! It was close to Disney and to many other attractions! It was very clean and very well decorated. There was plenty of room for my group of people. Everything worked great, the internet, the hot tub, the televisions.
