Great location and very comfortable property. The condo has everything you can need plus it is very well kept. Needs some attention to wall paint and minor maintenance issues such as carpet cleaning, blinds, & pool maintenance. However, these were very minor issues when considering the convenience, cost, & location. Will definitvely recommend and likely will go back.

We just left this property with HIGH REVIEWS! The back yard "pool" is smaller than a pool but larger than a hot-tub...we never used it. Full cable channels (4 HBO's!) when stuck indoors and very clean. We had an issue with washer that was fixed in no time (thanks Louis). route 192 has everything (walmart tless than 300yds! toget groceries, Outback, Red Lobster, etc.). Topline fridge/stove with crushed ice on demand is "pretty cool" hah! Less than 100.oo per night for week and close to all. 3 full bathrooms was fantastic! We all used 3 showers with no problem (heat was cool) A/C was AWESOME! "Clubhouse" isnt that great. Pool is 4ft deep limited workout room but a fantastic walking trail around a a stocked lake. This resort is family oreinted for sure. Thanks for early check in too.

The condo was more than what we expected! With 5 girls, you need lots of bathrooms to get ready! Clean, spacious, comfortable and close to attractions. I highly recommend staying at this condo verses spending the money for a hotel. You don't get the comforts of home at a hotel!!!

Very nice, clean property in a gated community. Plenty of easy parking. Only glitch... pool heat was not working. I hope to rent again next year.
