Great house; it was exactly as advertised. It suited our needs well. Plenty of room for 5 people. Within distance to the parks that we could come back to the house for the afternoon and then return to the parks for the evening. Nice complex, very quiet, beautiful clubhouse and clean, safe pool at the clubhouse with lots of social people. Ken was great to work with, responding immediately to our questions.

Just as described. This townhome has everything, plus more than expected. Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances. The decor was wonderful, along with the cute pool in the back. The furniture was clean, in style, and very comfortable. Gated home with a very nice community center and pools. My family thanks you since we have been through a lot in the past month.

I have 3 kids and we wanted a less expensive alternative to staying on the park properties. We found this place. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The place was so roomy, close to Disney and universal. It had it's own private pool in the back which was great. We spent a lot of time at the club house pool. There was no one there so it was like we had the place to ourselves 2 big pools and jacuzzi! It had all of the amenities of home too. We were able to cook there some of our meals which saved us a boat load of money! The price per night was so low it was crazy! Later in the week we had friends stay with us. They had 2 boys plus mom and dad. We were still very comfortable with room to spare. I would definitely recommend staying here. Ken is great to work with too.

I just came back from Disney this week after staying in this condo which was really clean, quiet and with good security. The outdoor pools were great and I would stay there again if I went to Orlando again.

Great stay near Disney at Mickey Rental!

Our family of four had plenty of room at Mickey rental. This place was huge! We have two kids ages 9 and 7 and they had plenty of room to roam. The first level had a big kitchen, very large living area and a big bathroom. The laundry was there too. There were 3 good size bedrooms upstairs (and 2 baths). There was also a private pool that the kids loved. They used it every day! We went to disney three days (it was close) and universal studios for two days (it was close too) and had so much fun. The condo was clean and comfortable. We are already booked again for next year. Thanks Ken!
