Fiesta Key Kissimmee is a townhome style community of tile roof two story villas. It is located approximately 9.3 miles +/- from the Magic Kingdom entrance at the Walt Disney World Resort ®. Fiesta Key is also located approximately 15.7 miles (driving) to Universal Studios.

This is a gated community, with community pool, club house, tennis courts and a limited exercise room.

Fiesta Key homes are typically 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes of varying sizes. Many of the homes have a screened in Lanai/Porch area to their rear often with a hot tub. The homes offer open driveway parking.

If you are looking for major chain restaurants and shops they are typically located on highway 192 which is approximately 2.1 miles away.

What A Wonderful Place To Stay

This place was gorgeous, very roomy. Community Center and pool right across the street. It has all of the comforts of home. Location to everything in Kissimmee is close by. Would like to stay here again next time.

2012 Vacation

This house was abolutely beautiful. There is very little negative to say about our experience there. When we first arrived, there was the slight issue that the power had been turned off (to no fault of the owner) however, after that was fixed, the house was wonderful; it was in a very centralized location and met all of our expectation and much more. The pool was a great size and a wonderful addition to our stay, however, I would reccomend daily cleaning because of the trees and small "garden" area that surrounds it. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay with you!

we were all ver y pleased with the rental when we got there it was very clean great appliances loved having the washer and dryer that was great and loved the pool nice size.loved having all the bathrooms the sitting outside was nice we spent eary mornings out there and relaxing out there before going to bed we would for sure rent this place again.we met up with our cousins who live there and had them over for snacks and soda it really felt like home.thanks again kathy rine

This was the perfect location! It's not too far from all the surrounding attractions but far enough to avoid crowds. The pool is right across the driveway. It was a short ride to Universal Studios, Sea World and shopping outlets. The house is well maintained, clean and decorated very nicely.

We had a wonderful time in this spacious townhouse. You will not be disappointed. The location was perfectly right at the entrance of fiesta key and right across from the pool and gym area. We felt at home here and will come back and visit this beautiful townhouse when we come back to the parks in Kissimmee. Johnson is very classy and is easy to reach for any questions regarding your stay. This was very easy and the 8 of us were comfortable :-).

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is well kept and very spacious. The pool is located directly across the street and the location of the home makes it very easy to enter and exit the resort. Quiet location and just a few minutes from the parks, shopping and great food!
