Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental
Simply enjoy in private pool which is few steps away from residence.
Town houses are completed with well maintained kitchen, dining and living area and a fully functional washer /dryer, iron with ironing board.
The kitchen features stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
It is also completed with modern appliances and cutlery dishes. Towels and Linens are available for use.
Townhouse features fill air conditioning, cabled TV, VCR, DVD, wireless internet access and phone service for USA/CANADA. Two playpens are available for infants.
The Enchanted Resort features amazing activities, 2 pools, 2 hot-tubs, fitness center, arcades area, internet café, kids playing structure and walking trails near the lake.
It is quiet close to Disney. Our guests can see and listen to fire works every night from Disney. The fully gated community along with 9000sq ft club house. Also a gazebo extends in to lake.
Near by stores are Super Target, Wal Mart, McDonalds, Publix, Subway, 7-Eleven. It’s situated at ¼ mile off the Highway I-192 is main drag thru Kissimmee along with plenty of finest restaurants and stores. Too much to do!
It is short driving distance to the Disney World; guests can check distance at Maps. The Address of the Property: 3185 Yellow Lantana, Kissimmee FL, 34747.
We are asking $ZZZ /night plus the 13% FL Tax . For the stays less then 7nights, Cleaning Charges . For longer stay of about 3weeks else more can be negotiable on lower rates. We accepts the Master Cards, Visa Cards and Pay Pal .

We didnt use the air conditioner and we left some water, a few bottles of beer and some chocolate bars.....and toilet paper and paper towels! We can't wait to get back to FL again! Now that we are home and re-conditioned to the lovely Ohio weather, I just wanted to send you a proper thank you for all you did this past weekend. Your level of customer service surpasses any that I have experienced and to top it off, the house was comfortable.
We'd definitely like to rent both properties from you for the next MLK weekend in 2012 and potentially for additional trips. I know for a fact that others, inc. the friend I already told you about, would love to stay at either/both of the homes. With that said, could you send me a list of prices for both properties for both low and high seasons? I'm about to put a recommendation on my face-book status :)

The wedding went well, all my families loved the townhouse, they are all planning to come back and visit for vacation. Sorry I have not emailed you sooner, after the wedding I had been down with flu, in fact most of my family members went home sick, I think they caught the bug from me. Hi Jeff: I cannot thank you enough for being so honest and the townhouse was amazing and the kids had a wonderful time. I do hope that all is well when we left. I tried my best to leave it in good shape. the pool was wonderful. The resort was amazing. We were not in the townhouse only to sleep as we were going day and night but when we were there the kids had a wonderful time in the pool.
