Welcome to Oakwater resort(built in 2007,the nearest 4 stars Resort from Disney),just 5 minutes from Disney World and close to many other fine shops and restaurants,No traffic congestion!
New opening 1808 Sqft townhouse(The biggest unit of resort) has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.one master suite with king bed on 2nd floor, another master suite with queen bed on 1st floor,2 twin bedrooms(with 4 twin beds) on 2nd floor.fully equipped kitchen, This newly furnished vacation home has new mattress,linens,towels and furnitures.1 40" HDTV and 3 32” TVs, Nintendo Wii, Free WiFi high speed Internet and Free long distance telephone call in USA and Canada. The screened rear patio face to oakwater lake with beautyful Water & nature views.it's a very quiet area.The home is also baby friendly. We provide a crib, high chair and a stroller for the baby.We offer washer and dryer as well as linens and towels. Checking In is by door passcode, You can check in anytime after 4PM.
The 4000sqft Oakwater clubhouse(just 200 feet away from our unit) features a fitness center, a wonderful community heated pool and spa, and a games room equipped with arcade machines, pool tables.
There is also a tennis court, basketball area and a seperate beach volleyball court in oakwater resort.

Area Information

Universal Studios is less than 20 minutes away, Sea World 15 minutes, Orlando International Airport 25 minutes and Clearwater on the Gulf Coast just a 90 minute drive away.
Oakwater Resort is located near Mystic Dunes Golf Club,which one of the top 5 Orlando Golf Courses.

The house was perfect super clean organize and with a lot of space and just 5 mim from Disney, much better than a hotel, after a long day at the park was good to fell home, with a lots of spaces I went with my husb and my 3 kids and my sister husb and 1 kid was just perfect.....
