Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental

We have three identical vacation town homes located in the beautiful gated resort community. Each 1470 sq. ft. Townhouse includes a main floor bedroom with a King size bed, private bath with TV. Our spacious Living area is complete with cable TV, & VCR, sofas (one sofa pulls out for a Full size sleeper bed) and plenty of room to relay after a full day at Disney. There is a slider door to the outside porch. We have added Wireless Internet for your free unlimited use anywhere inside our townhouse. The Dining area and Kitchen comes fully supplied with appliances, dishes and all eating/cooking utensils and a Washer and Dryer free for your use.
The Upper level has three bedrooms. A Main upper bedroom with a TV, a Queen size bed, dressers and includes a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms have two twin beds each, TV’s and dressers. An additional Bathroom is located on this upper level.

The townhouse is fully furnished in tasteful decorations. The townhouse comes with comfort, sheets, pillows and bath towels. The kitchen has all cooking materials you may need to cook and eat in or, if you want to take back or eat out, the famous Route 192 (Irlo Memorial Highway / Vine Street) is 1 block away for many eat-in or take-out restaurants.

The community is located blocks away from a Super Wal-Mart Center, Super Target Shopping Center, K-Mart and BJ’s store.

Area Information

Venetian Bay Village is a Gated Resort Community with a Private Lake, a Recreation/Fitness Center, 4 Pools, Playgrounds, Tennis Court, Volleyball, Basketball, Picnic Areas, Game Room with pool table, air hockey, pinball and video machines and Free children’s movie theater - onsite. The Business Center has wireless high-speed Internet, computers and printers for guest use. There is even an On-Site Car Wash facility.
We are located close to all the Walt Disney World Parks, Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove Parks, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure Parks, Legoland-Florida, Gatorland Park, Medieval Times Dinner Theater and many other Orlando attractions. We are located between Osceola Parkway and Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) for easy access to Route 4, Orlando International Airport and all Orlando attractions.

Great place to stay!

My wife and I, as well as our daughter, her husband and three 3 kids spent a week. We found the pool, the grounds, the tennis courts and gym well equipped, clean and well maintained. Compared to other condo rental villages I have stayed in before this one was really great. We felt totally safe and secure with the security guards patrolling, and keeping an eye on things, etc. The unit itself was reasonably clean and I identified to the owners a number of ways to improve the unit. While it was equipped some of the appliances could either use some sprucing up or replacing. The owners immediately addressed some of the issues that I had identified even before we had left and told me that they would address the rest of the issues ASAP. Overall we had a great time and we would go back.

Beautiful and comfortable

We rented this vacation home in Kissimmee during August 2012. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay as it was close to everything and we felt very safe in the gated community. The house had everything we needed and was well appointed. Everything is as stated in the rental information. Will definitely stay there again!
