Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental

We have a 3 bedrooms townhouse for rent starting April 1, 2013.

The townhouse is in Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee. Very convenient location in a gated community.

- 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms

- phone, television, and wi-fi internet

- washer and dryer

- playpen and highchair

- private hot spa at the back patio of the house

- swimming pool, gym, playground at the clubhouse

- parking is free and it is in front of the townhouse.

Area Information

The area is in Kissimmee, very close to Disney area.
Most of the attractions are within 10-15 minutes of driving time. E.g, Disneyworld, Universal Studio, SeaWorld, and Shopping outlet malls.

Target and Wal-Mart are within 5 minutes of driving time. Many restaurants can be found nearby.

Airport: 40 minutes

Port Canaveral (cruise ship port): 1 hour

We had a great stay and will definitely come back. Kim was very attentive when we called her about something. The place looked great. It really accomadated our needs. Also the parks are close to the townhome.

After inquirying about several properties I am glad that I chose this one. The homeowner was excellent on communication throughout the entire process. The home is beautifully decorated and the outside screened porch and jacuzzi is an added bonus. We would definetly stay here again!!!

We found the townhouse to be suitable for our stay. It is very spacious. We had 4 adults and 3 children staying there and it was plenty of room. There was a pack and play and highchair there which was super convenient while traveling with our baby. The kids loved the fact that they had their own tv in their room. Garbage was picked up daily and there was plenty of parking. The clubhouse is great with a workout room, sauna, hot tub and zero entry heated pool. Great path around the lake and playground. The gated community was nice and workers were friendly. The only drawback I found is that the traffic to and from Disney World was heavy. It normally took us at least 20-25 minutes to get to the parks. Otherwise, the price is fantastic for the townhouse and all the ammenities that came with it. Also, the owners were super helpful and quck to respond. Would definitely recommend this resort to others.

Very nice place to stay

Thank you for the use of your townhouse while we were in Kissimmee. The home and furniture are very nice. The hot tub was wonderful at the end of the day also. I made use of the wireless internet, and the men enjoyed the television. The clubhouse at the resort is very nice and has computers if you need to handle any business while you are on vacation. They also have an ATM. There is a gameroom that the kids enjoyed at the clubhouse, and a pool outside. They are also very helpful with information or directions you may need up at the clubhouse. The home is also located not far from a WalMart and many other businesses. It is also near Disney and Universal Studios. Thank you again for the use of this vacation rental. My family would so much rather stay in a vacation home like this over staying in hotel rooms. It is also much more reasonable than staying in hotel rooms.
