This newly refurnished townhome offers comfort and luxury. It features one king master suite, one queen suite, and a Mickey-themed kids’ bedroom with twin over full bunk bed (with trundle). One added folding bed for one sleeper.

The Kitchen is completely stocked with full-size dishwasher. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with full-size washer and dryer. Living room is equipped with a 46' LED TV. Each bed room also is equipped with its own flat TV. FREE local and long distance phone calls to the US. FREE high-speed internet access.

South-facing, fully enclosed, private splash pool will ensure you to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine all day long!

Parking is right in front of the house. Additional parking is just across the road

Area Information

Windsor Hills is a 5-star gated secure community right near Disney World in Kissimmee Florida. Trip Advisor rates Windsor Hills as #1 for 'Specialty Lodging' in the Disney area. Our townhouse is a short walk to the 10,000 square-foot clubhouse, which offers a specialty store, surround-sound movie theatre, gaming arcade and billiards room, computer lounge, and fitness center. The resort pool is huge and a great place for your whole family to play. Your kids are going to LOVE the two-story water slide at the Windsor Hills pool! A giant play area equipped with a play structure, swings, sand etc. is just a short stroll down the street.

This resort is close to an outdoor mall- Formosa Garden Village with a variety of stores including a supermarket, liquor store, UPS store. Many restaurants within walking distance - Carrabbas, Outback Steak House, Cracker Barrel, Red Lobster, TGIF and many more within a one mile radius. Super Target is one mile away. There is a Walmart in the area. Several well known Golf courses one to five miles distance

Additional Information: The house is self-catering. Please bring dish soap, laundry detergent, and toiletries. If you do plan to eat in, you will need to buy spices, condiments, napkins, sponges.

There was 5 in our party, we loved our stay, it's a great place for young and old, There is so much to do just in the Resort . The home was very clean and well keep. also the grounds were nice and Maintained. We enjoyed it so much. We (4 adults and 4 kids) had a GREAT stay. The owners were very attentive and responsive to our inquiries before we rented, and the rental process itself was a breeze. The property is a lovely 3 bdr townhouse. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Mickey room and bathroom for kids a plus. Beds very comfortable. Towels nice and soft. The house is in a fabulous community (Windsor Hills) with a really nice kids park only a few blocks away. Easy access to grocery stores and Disney parks are VERY close. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando. Thanks Flora for a great stay!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. All of the beds were very comfortable and the location is wonderful for exploring Orlando. Would stay here again.
