Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental

Luxury 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse with private pool, situated on the Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee, Florida.
The resort is perfectly located, only 2 miles from the Disney parks.
The house offers a west facing pool and sun terrace.
The accomodation is laid out on two floors. The first floor has a bedroom with queen sized bed and bathroom, a well equiped kitchen and a living area comprising a breakfast bar, a dining area and a TV area with two sofas, one of which opens out to a queen-sized sofa bed.
The second floor has a twin bedded bedroom with bathroom, the master bedroom, which has a super-king sized bed and bathroom, and a washing area with washing machine and dryer.
For guests with young children there is a portable cot, a highchair and a stroller available for your use. The pool can be fenced off from the house for added peace of mind.
Towels and bedding are provided.
For entertainment the house has 3 TVs, an X-box, an I-pad docking station and free WiFi.
The house has a phone for local calls only.

Area Information

The house is located on the Windsor Hills Resort. Windsor Hills is perfectly located, being very close to the Disney parks (2 miles from Animal Kingdom), whereas some resorts leave you several miles and a frustrating drive away from the fun.
Windsor Hills itself has great facilities, including a huge resort pool, hot tub, sundries shop, hot food & drinks outlet, a bar licenced to sell beer and wine, a games room and a small gym.
The resort has easy access to Interstate 4 (I-4), is around 30 minutes from the airport, an hour from the Atlantic coast (Cocoa Beach), and around 90 minutes from the Gulf coast (Clearwater).
