Great stay in Kissimmee

Wife and I rented the villa in February, March and part of April. Villa had everything to make our stay most enjoyable. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood the villa is close to all that you require for a great holiday. Grocery store, wine and liquor store, shopping, restaurants, theme parks, and golf courses (must check out Royal St Cloud) are all within easy driving distance. Only a short hop to the airport so that arriving friends and family are not faced with a long post flight drive. Layout and space in villa is amazing. Pool faces the sun all day and with no backyard neighbor overlooking; very private. Though most rentals do not meet all of one's taste in fashion décor, we can assert that this villa features all of the amenities for a great stay. We have been renting in Florida for over 10 years and without a doubt this villa rates among the highest properties rented. Brian was most helpful in resolving two minor issues. Very courteous and easy going which made the rental process a charm. Highly recommend for families, those who just want to get away and relax, and golfers.

Wonderful Time - Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the surround sound, something we don't have at home. The pool and hot tub overlooking the lake was awesome. The sunsets were absolutely lovely. Everything we needed was right there at the house - didn't have to worry about a thing. We would surely rent this house again next year.

Our kids loved the theme parks, but really sometimes asked to go home to this pool. The location on the lake makes it so peaceful. The house was perfect for our week and had plenty of space for everyone.

The property was spacious and clean. The drive TO DW was not bad providing you get on 192 and drive straight into Disney property. The kids enjoyed the pool tremendously!...stayed 2 weeks would highly recommend. Price cannot be better. Thanks to the Sayers for letting us stay

We had a wonderful week, staying in your beautiful vacation villa in Kissimmee. Everything was so perfect for us (3 couples) -- the furnishings, the bedroom accommodations, the kitchen equipment, the ambience, the location... Even the cooler Florida weather this January 2010 didn't stop us from having a great family vacation! We didn't venture into the heated pool, but on the last 2 days of our stay, we sat outside on the pool patio-deck, and enjoyed the warming Florida sunshine! Thanks so much for letting us use your wonderful Florida home. My grandchildren loved the pool and of course so did I. The layout of the home worked perfect for my family. I would recommend a vacation rental home over a hotel stay anytime and especially this rental. The rental proccess was very easy and the location of the home was very convenient.
