Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

This lovely newly renovated home is located at Lake Berkley Resort - an upscale gated community exclusively for vacationers. It is manned with a 24hr security guard for extra security. The home is luxurious and has been beautifully furnished to the highest standards throughout and is fully air conditioned.
It is only a 8-10 minute drive to Disney and a 12-14 minute drive to Sea World and Universal Studios.

There is a 24-hour Walmart Supercenter less than 1/2 mile away.

The home has a superb 12x26 screened-in swimming pool with extended sundeck that can be heated on request. The pool is west facing and has no adjacent rear properties overlooking it. All doors and windows leading to the pool area are alarmed for your safety.

The accomodations are very spacious and includes all of the comforts of home.

Number of Beds: 3 King Beds, 1 Queen Beds and 2 Full Beds(in of twins)in one room.

6 TV's - 55" Projection TV with Home Theater System and Surround Sound with DVD Player.

Game Room/Sitting Area with 8ft Pool Table/Billiards, Foosball Table, Electronic Dual Basketball Game and TV.

On the 1st floor is the master bedroom, which has a huge king size bed with pillow top mattresses,luxurious en suite bathroom, 27" TV and a DVD/VCR combo. There is an additional Junior Master with a king size bed with pillow top mattress and a 20" TV. Across the hall is a full bath.

There is a kitchen with breakfast area and a formal dining room. All tastefully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, refrigator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric grill, blender, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, extra dishes, glassware, pots and pans, utensils.

There is also a utility room with washer/dryer and an iron with ironing board for your added convenience.

On the 2nd Floor there are 3 additional bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed with pillow-top mattress a 20" TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a feather bed topper and a 20" TV. The 3rd bedroom contains two 2 full size beds (instead of twins) with a 20" TV. The bedrooms share a full size bathroom.

The home is supplied with a crib and all bed linens and towels

This is a great vacation home!!! I love the location and the community! The home was just like the listing stated but only one small thing, It didn't have the DVD players in the rooms only in the Living room and master bedroom. But I would gladly recommend this home!!! I loved it!
