Our lovely villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Private heated pool fully screened, with safety fence for the safety of children.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and tiled throughout, with a Cable Television, DVD Player and VCR.
The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard including a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, waste disposal and 10 place sttings.
There is also a separate utility room, housing a washing machine and dryer.
The first master bedroom has a king sized bed, cable television, chest of drawers, safe, and large walk-in-wardrobes, with plenty of coat hanger, and a hairdryer.
The Large En=Suite has a large walk-in-shower, corner bath double vanity unit and separate W.C.
The second master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed cable television, chest of drawer, and a large wardrobe. It has its own adjacent bathroom with bath/shower vanity unit and W.C.
2 twin bedded rooms and further bathroom.

Our beautiful villa is located at Cumbrian Lakes, Kissimmee, conveniently located 4 miles down Ponciana Boulevard from Highway 192.
It is set in a conservation area with attractive lakes, walking track and children' play area.
Our home backs on to a wooded conservation area, and with beautiful landscaping around the home you will be amazed that you can get such a feeling of peace in an area so close to the action of Orlando.
Cumbrian Lakes is only minutes from Highway 192 with a huge choice of restaurants and shops including a 24 hour Wal-Mart only 5 minutes fro your door.
For lovers of nature, the sparkling lakes are visited by crane, osprey, blue heron and the occassional American bald eagle
