Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
RELAX IN THE POOL with views of the beautiful serene lake after a day at the parks. High speed internet also available in this lovely 4 BR/3BA home in the popular gated community of Sunset Lakes.
Our lovely home has just had beautiful NEW ceramic flooring installed in the open living area as well as the master bedroom and all bathrooms for easy maintenance during your stay. Our spacious home also features an open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, microwave, pots, pans, baking dishes as well as dishware, utensils and all bedding.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower, garden tub and double bowl sink. A TV and clock radio are also provided. Sliding glass doors open up to the pool and lake views. You will love the view!
The second master is at the front of the house, has a double bed, connecting bath and a clock radio and cd/radio.
Bedroom #3 is Disney themed with updated character theme of The Cars movie characters, The Little Mermaid, Little Princess and traditional Micky/Minnie, Donald/Daisy Goofy & Pluto. There are twin beds and a connecting bath. The kids will love sleeping in this room!
Bedroom #4 has twin beds.
All bedrooms have ample closet space.
The living room and dining area have doors leading to the pool. The lanai with outside table and chairs leads off the dining area. There are also pool chaise lounges.
A full sized washer and dryer, private 2 car garage and FREE worldwide telephone service add to your convenience.
Books, VCR tapes and some games are provided for your recreational pleasure.
Home has a crib and high chair and stroller. All linen is provided including pool towels.
The community of Sunset Lakes also has a playground and community pool.
**SPECIAL FEATURE** A storage foot locker just for our personal guests to get you started with some household items, ie, extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, light bulbs, some spices, basic first aid items, sun screen.

Required Stay: 4 day minimum stay
Lodging Tax: 13%
Deposits: $300 per week stay deposit (this is your security deposit which will be returned after the rental period), check or money order, within 1 week of booking is required to hold reservation. Full rental fee is due 10 weeks before departure.
Other Fees: $150/week for pool heat;
$85 - Cleaning fee if less than 1 week stay

We had such a wonderful time staying in your home. We have nothing but happy memories! The house is beautiful, Everything we could possibly need you supplied. All we needed to bring was ourselves, clothes and food everything else was there. We had a little problem with the ac but as soon as Ronnie heard about it she had it fixed the next day. The home is in such a peaceful community we really enjoyed having a quiet relaxing place to come home to after a fun filled day at Disney World. We would not hesitate to stay there again, hopefully it will be available on our next trip to Florida. Thank you Rich and Ronnie for making our vacation so special.
I live here in the USA, but my parents came with a small group of students from Brazil and we stayed in the house for a week..
The location is really good, close to the parks and close to groceries like Publix and Super Target, the house was ideal for us, the teenagers loved the pool to relax at the end of the day, and the house had everything we needed..
Rich and Ronnie were really nice and attentious to us before we went to the house and when we were there I had to call them and they were really nice to me..
Next year we have another group coming and we're definitely going to rent this house or another bigger with them...
On previous visits we stayed onsite in the Disney World complex. This was our firt time renting a home and we were pleasantly surprised. The home was immaculate and the neighborhood was just like back home. Ronnie checked in with us to make sure we were having a good time and there were no issues with the home. The pool was fantastic... we enjoyed having the privacy. Disney main gate was only 15 minutes and all the good restaurants and first class supermarkets were around the block. What we liked most was that Sunset Lakes is a community we would live in full time. We are alreading making plans for our next trip. Thank you Ronnie for sharing your home with us!!!
Thank you so very much for letting us stay in your Florida home. It was very beautiful and very relaxing. We enjoyed the lake view along with the birds that land on the lake. It was nice to have a place to come home to when we were out for the day and didn't have to pack up and go somewhere else. We could unpack and not worry about anything. Lets start by saying WE LOVED THE POOL ,but the whole vacation home experiance was the best ,the house is great and beautiful ,wide open,location u just cant beat ,in a safe quiet area .The feeling after a long day of theme parks and walking all day long ,but just thinking what a great relax im going to have when i get back to the villa was all worth it, this is a must see ,you will just love it .......THE GUZMANS... arlington, texas
My family and I had a great time in Kissimmee. Although we were out most of the time and did not spend a great deal of time at your home it was wonderful to come home to spacious accommodations so close to the Disney Parks. We found the location very convenient.
My Son, Daughter in law and Grand Children came with us. The lay out of your home was perfect for our group, giving everyone space of their own for a little down time. The pool was especially nice for relaxing in the evenings.
