Cumbrian Lakes is a small gated community set in a beautiful and peaceful area off Poinciana Boulevard, just 5 mins from highway 192. Yet just 5 mins from your door you will find a huge selection of shops and restaurants. The main lake has a paved walk way/jogging path with park bench rest areas. There is also a small children's play area. The luxurious 4 bed/3 bath villa is furnished with many upgrades and extras.***Newly painted in 2009 with all living area furniture replaced***. Fully screened heated pool overlooking lake has loungers for you to relax on in the beautiful Florida sunshine. The covered lanai has ceiling fan over table & chairs to enjoy dining alfresco. Gas BBQ provided. Beautifully furnished living/dining area. Games room with PS2, pool table, darts and table football.
***New for 2008*** Flat screen TV's in all rooms, Air Hockey and Table Tennis added to games room. I-Pod docking station.
