Cumbrian Lakes is a small gated community set in a beautiful and peaceful area off Poinciana Boulevard, just 5 mins from highway 192. Yet just 5 mins from your door you will find a huge selection of shops and restaurants. The main lake has a paved walk way/jogging path with park bench rest areas. There is also a small children's play area. The Luxurious 4 bed/3bath Villa was new July 2004,it is furnished with many upgrades and extras. Fully screened heated pool overlooking lake has loungers for you to relax on in the beautiful Florida sunshine. The covered lanai has ceiling fan over table & chairs to enjoy dining alfresco. Gas BBQ provided. Beautifully furnished living/dining area. Games room with PS2, pool table, darts and table football.

We got back last night after an amazing week in your house. The place was perfect. Our daughter practically lived in the pool, and even our son who is normally not interested in going swimming found the novelty of our own pool too hard to resist. We had a great vacation . The villa was really great. It was very comfortable.A great location. The kids really enjoyed the pool and so did I . We were at the theme parks every day so the pool was very refreshing in the evenings. You certainly have a great villa and I would recommend it to friends who wanted to visit the area.
