Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Scotia Villa is a luxurious 6 bedroom 4 bathroom home in the 5* Windsor hills resort. Our home boasts 2 master ensuites, 2 queen rooms and 2 twin rooms which can sleep up to 12 people comfortably.

Our home is perfectly located less than 2 miles from Walt Disney World. We have provided televisions/dvd players in all bedrooms aswell as a 47inch widescreen television and dvd player in the family room along with a Sony Playstation 2 with games to keep the Children entertained.

We have an air conditioned games room with pool table and air hockey and we also have baby equipment in the home for our little guests!

For our guests who need to do business or phone home we have wireless internet throughout the villa and free local, national and international calls.

Our home also comes with a large 28ft x 14ft pool raised hot tub and extended deck. Our home is equiped with every luxury and we are sure you will have a wonderful holiday in our home at Windsor hills.

This gated community is in a perfect location for exploring the Orlando and Disney area as it is only 3 miles from Disneys animal kingdom. This 5 star Community boasts a large pool with slides for the children, gym, club house, cinema, sundry shop, play park and tennis courts. Very clean and plenty of space for the nine of us, that includes two babies. The beds are great to sleep on after a long day at the parks. Jenny was easy to work with and got the extra crib we needed. The kids loved the pool, spa and rec room. A nice park is right around the corner in the community and of course, Disney is minutes away. The only thing it could use would be a monitor and gate for babies. We managed though. Make sure the pool heat is on when you get there. Our first dip was a little chilly but it warmed up quick.

I had never rented a house before for vacationing, and I will say I will Not stay at a hotel again, I definitely recommend this property to everyone traveling in that area!!!
