So close to Disney and yet the setting could not be more peaceful! You are less than one mile to Highway 192 where you can find any restaurant or entertainment you may wish for. This community is the closest to Walt Disney World and within easy reach of all the numerous other attractions this part of Florida has to offer. You are also very near to some very prestigious golf courses, including a PGA championship course.
This spacious (3,100 square feet), luxury villa has been professionally furnished and decorated to the highest of standards and features a formal living & dining room, fully equipped and upgraded kitchen with corian work tops, four full luxurious baths, a laundry room, five spacious bedrooms (two king master ensuites) and a games room. This impressive villa offers plenty of comfort and space to relax and enjoy your holiday.
Also included with this villa are many baby items such as a stroller, portable crib (cot), high chair, baby gate, bed-rails and plenty of games, puzzles, books and Disney videos for those traveling with young children. All doors leading out to the pool area are alarmed for your children's safty.

Wow!!! What a beautiful villa. We will NEVER stay anywhere else again! It is amazing that you can have so many people in a house and still have peace and quiet! This villa is immaculate and beautifully decorated. We felt like royalty! The pool and the spa are the best! We all used the gameroom and were able to spread out in the open floorplan. We stayed at 'Empress Gardens' villa in Formosa Gardens for 3 weeks. The villa is very well equipped with a great south facing pool and great hot tub. The location is ideal - just 5 minutes drive from 'Animal Kingdom'. We would definitely return.

What a wonderful house! We went to Florida for a family reunion. We searched for places to stay, including on site Disney. We stumbled upon the Villas at Formosa Gardens and couldn't believe the affordable prices. It was less expensive to rent a home then it was to stay in a hotel room at Disney. Everything about the home was perfect! It was very well decorated and furnished. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you Tim and Nancy!!!!!

The villa we spent our family vacation in was truly spectacular! If you are visiting Disney and have small children, this home is the way to go! Tim and Nancy of Prestigious Villas were very easy to deal with and flexible in working with our needs. The place is a homerun and am currently in the process of planning our next visit!
