everything was wonderful. the house is spacious and a great home vacation to see and experience. Next year my family will return. Pool is also great!!!
We spent 10 days in this villa and can honestly say that the location, content and size of the villa ensured that we had a holiday of a lifetime. I had 3 nephews with me on holiday - their first time in Florida. It was 'awesome' for them. A dream come true. Pauline

The home was fabulous - everything any one could possibly need was there. It was immaculate. The location was very convenient. My grandkids loved the pool. Wow!!! What a beautiful villa. We will NEVER stay anywhere else again! It is amazing that you can have so many people in a house and still have peace and quiet! This villa is immaculate and beautifully decorated. We felt like royalty! The pool and the spa are the best! We all used the gameroom and were able to spread out in the open floorplan. We stayed at 'Empress Gardens' villa in Formosa Gardens for 3 weeks. The villa is very well equipped with a great south facing pool and great hot tub. The location is ideal - just 5 minutes drive from 'Animal Kingdom'. We would definitely return.

What a wonderful house! We went to Florida for a family reunion. We searched for places to stay, including on site Disney. We stumbled upon the Villas at Formosa Gardens and couldn't believe the affordable prices. It was less expensive to rent a home then it was to stay in a hotel room at Disney. Everything about the home was perfect! It was very well decorated and furnished. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you Tim and Nancy!!!!!

The villa we spent our family vacation in was truly spectacular! If you are visiting Disney and have small children, this home is the way to go! Tim and Nancy of Prestigious Villas were very easy to deal with and flexible in working with our needs. The place is a homerun and am currently in the process of planning our next visit!

Wonderful villa to rent. Our girls, their husbands and our three wonderful grandsons stayed in this beautiful home. Lots of room for everyone and the pool was something we used every day and night. Will stay again.
