Located at the exclusive resort of Emerald Island, this professionally decorated Villa rests next to a conservation area and a colorful children's playground. The sun-filled covered lanai boasts a pool with spa on an extended deck. Spacious and inviting, two master bedrooms featuring en suite and five additional bedrooms are furnished with either one queen or two twin-size beds. All furnishings are top designer pieces, along with top of the line accessories, from the designer linens on your bed to the deluxe cookware in the gourmet kitchen.
The gated resort-style community of Emerald Island is an attraction in and of itself. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, Internet room, and video arcade. There is a tiki bar outside on the pool deck, tennis center, and a nature trail to enjoy.

Our son, James, was born in 11/11 and had not yet met our family and friends in Florida. We chose The Emerald Star for our "home base" for family and friends to come to meet and spend time with our son, it was a GREAT choice for us. the villa is decorated beautifully and was so homey. There was plenty of space so we weren't tripping over eachother.. The private game room, pool and spa were a HUGE hit with kids both young and old...and so was the playground just steps from the back door! The kitchen and formal dining room were wonderful for our family dinner...all of our family and friends had a great time and loved the Villa..I even heard some talk of others in our group wanting to have their family gatherings there! We never intended to do any "park-hopping" and spent the whole time relaxing there...but NEXT time we will visit some attractions, they are all so close. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for an awesome family memory!

This house was perfect for our family holiday. Although there was supposed to be 6 of us, only 4 of us could make it. My husband and I and our 2 children had the run of a beautiful, large home. My kids spent hours in the pool. The playground next door was a huge bonus. We loved the games room-perfect for ordering a pizza and hanging out for an evening. The layout of the house is ideal for large groups. We will definitely be returning with friends! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The hi-speed internet was a huge bonus. The amenities located close by are great-lots of restaurants and shops just a couple minutes away. I have already recommended this home to several people and will continue to do so. One last mention-the owners are a pure joy. They truly made our holiday memorable. They were reachable and responded to queries with lightning speed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My family (9) stayed at this location for four days in December for the holidays. We were extremely pleased with the location. The house was spacious and very well decorated. There were plenty of linens for all rooms. The kitchen was also fully equipped with plenty of utensils, glassware, stemware, plates and pots and pans. The pool and hot tub were both very enjoyable, together with the game room. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch, and there was plenty of space to eat, play cards and just enjoy the sun! It is conveniently located to a shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants and other activities, especially Disney and Universal Studios! We would definetly recommend this location to friends, family and others, and we will be returning again for out next vacation!

A BLAST

My family and I had a "BLAST" it was our first time vacationing all under the same roof. The Villa was nice and roomy and the kids and a few of the adults enjoyed the pool each evening for hours. The location was perfect, everything was within minutes of the Resort and the Resort Community was beautiful and nicely maintained. When we come back to Florida, Emerald Island Resort and this Villa will be on the top of our list. I think the adults had more fun than the kids, LOL. It was GREAT.

I'll keep it short: Great, roomy house (we had 3 families, 6 kids). Clean & comfy. Close to Disney, food, shopping, etc. Little play set practically on the lot. Co-owner Kathy is super-responsive (no problems... just little questions I had that she responded to personally and quickly). When we go back in few years, we will stay again.

We took our family of 13 on a Disney Vacation for the first time. We stayed at the Emerald Star which was a perfect place for us. The place was beautiful and had room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and game room everynight. It was close to the theme parks and was easy to get to restaurants and stores. It helped make our Disney vacation a dream come true.

A wonderful home for your Orlando vacation

We immensely enjoyed this spacious, elegant and well appointed home on our Orlando vacation. The home is in a great location with several local attractions and restaurants etc nearby. The home itself is elegant yet extremely comfortable. Our daughters loved the theme rooms and enjoyed that each room had its own TV. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely stay in this home again. A couple of minor things that would make this wonderful place even better is 1)having more light and ventilation in the game room, and 2)hi-speed internet (although there is an open wireless in range from the dining table)
