This home features 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, elegant family room and dinning room, and modern gourmet kitchen, total over 1700sf living space. Sleeping arrangements include 2 master bedrooms - one with a large-size bed, a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with an oval shaped Jacuzzi tub, shower and double vanity basin. In this master room, there is a large sliding glass door leading to the pool deck and lake view. The other master bedroom has a double-size bed with its own full bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin bedrooms with a full bathroom shared between. It is ideal for two families sharing!

The home has a south facing, screened pool, which is set in a stunning lakeside position. You can relaxingly sit in the pool and watch the breath-taking sunsets over the lake or watch the wildlife in the lake.

There is a comfortable living room with cable TV, DVD player and VCR and play station 2, an elegant dining room, a large kitchen with all modern amenities and a breakfast dinette. The living room is spacious and sunny. When the sliding doors are opened, you will be able to access the pool or enjoy the beautiful lake view from the living room.
