Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
Executive 4000 sq. ft. 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, Lakeside Villa with 30' Pool and Spa. High-Speed wireless Internet and computer. Perfect for that Orlando, Holiday Parks, Family Vacation, Reunion, Golf Holiday, or just a weeks relaxing in the sun by the pool. Our luxuriously furnished 4040 sq. ft. (3001 living area) family home will comfortably accommodate large Parties or two or more families sharing.
This Orlando Pool Home is the largest home on Sunset Lakes, a premier secure gated community located in Kissimmee, Florida. It has a private south-facing pool, not overlooked by any neighbours, with child safety barrier and alarmed pool/patio doors. It even features an outside kitchen under the lanai, with fridge and gas barbecue.
Our stunning 5 bed, 5 bath villa, 4040 sq feet (3001 heated), overlooks the lake from the pool area and master bedroom balcony, all completely screened; it is south facing, so it gets the sun all day long which is perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset after a long day at the parks. (A veranda offers shade for those who'd prefer!)
Spacious south facing pool with sun loungers and patio tables and chairs. Poolside kitchen, with Barbecue and Fridge under the Lanai. Poolside shower. The 30' Pool is provided with a safety barrier that can be installed for your child's safety, as well as the exterior doors all alarmed. The property itself is fully alarmed.
Onsite there is a large community swimming pool, a cabana; children's tot lot play area and a Gazebo. Boats, not- powered, are allowed on the lake.
A few minutes drive away there are numerous restaurants (including a McDonald's!), a 24hr supermarket, a medical centre and, believe it or not, even a beauty saloon with tanning beds! Highway 192 and interstate I4 take you to SEA WORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE & WET & WILD in about 10/15 minutes.

02/21/06 Positive Seven of us spent an absolutely fantastic three weeks at Blue Horizon over Christmas 2005. The location of this villa is superb with sweeping views of the lake, not overlooked and with sublime sunsets on most evenings.
The villa is situated very near to all of the Disney attractions but still remote enough to allow us to get away from the crowds and recharge around the pool and spa.
The on-site villa support is efficient and friendly and I cannot commend Sue and Dave enought for the help and information given to us both during our villa selection and afterwards.
This was truly a home away from home and it was extremly difficult having to return to the UK.
The villa is excellent value for money and if you're looking for a that holiday of a lifetime base this is the home for you.
