The second floor includes second master suite with king size bed, additional bedrooms with one king, one queen and three twin beds rooms with additional two bathrooms.

We had a great time. The best part of the house was the pool area. There was so much room and we loved the fact that it was covered for shade and so we could sit outside even when it was raining. The only things I would change in the house are the rooms with the twin beds. The beds were very hard and made way too much noise. We also had a problem with the heater for the pool, it was set to 101 degrees so we couldn't use it for a couple of days. Overall it was a great time and we loved the house.

We enjoyed are stay---we really liked the pool. The house was nice and just what we expected. The beds could have been a little softer and the pillows a little thicker--but overall we really had a great time. We loved the location, parks were close as well as the shopping.

The house was roomy and the pool had great afternoon sun. When requested, a new working grill was delivered. We were surprised at how dirty parts of the house were though. Specifically, we picked up the place mats on the table and MANY crumbs and food bits fell from them. When retrieving things from the floor we found that spaces underneath couches, beds, etc. had not been cleaned in some time and the ledge above the front door was full of dead bugs. Not appealing given the stairs are right in front of it. The towels and rugs in bathrooms and the kitchen had MANY stains on them. We were also disappointed in the lack of even small appliances in the kitchen and the small number of dishes provided given the size of the house. 12 people need more than 8 glasses, bowls and plates. Finally, in the game room the air hockey table was broken, there was only 1 pool cue, and a pool ball was missing. The room wasn't even usable. Orlando was great. The house, just so-so.

This house was the perfect size for our group. Lots of bedrooms! Nice size pool and in a perfect location - in the heart of Kissimmee. Unfortunately the light in the pool did not work; there were no pool sticks for the pool table and the house needed a good cleaning.

The 1st day of our vacation was spent cleaning the house and washing the towels and linen. The pool was not available until late in the evening due to the pool having to be serviced as it was dirty. The house was spacious and provided the room needed to accommodate our family of 14. One of the queen bedrooms (the twin beds pushed together) was not comfortable and caused us to have to reassign the sleeping arrangements. The house is in great location to the major attractions in Orlando and the resort offered many ammenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the house pool and our stay in Florida. The towels and linen need to be replaced and even though the house was cleaner when we left it still need a thourough cleaning/dusting. Thank you.

BEAUTIFUL HOME PLENTY OF ROOM

What a great home. We vacationed with 6 children and 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room. The house was very clean and comfortable. Th epool was beautiful and the kids loved it! Very close to all the parks as well as grocery stores and restaurants. The community the house is in is beautiful and the club house pool and tiki bar were also very enjoyable. If we do another family trip to the Disney area we will definetly come back to this home.
