Luxury 7 bedrooms vacation home in Emerald Island Resort features classic upscale furnitures, 2 master suites and 5 large size bedrooms all equiped with cable TV/AM/FM, sleep up to 18 people; private screened heated pool, spa, extended deck with beach chair and barbeque area; game room, large screen HDTV, DVD player, PS2, unlimited local and long distance phone.
The first floor includes living room, family room, dining room, formal kitchin with breakfast area; master suite with private bathroom and spa; lundary room, game room and half bath. Walk out screened deck, pool, spa and barbecue area.
The second floor includes second master suite with king size bed, additional bedrooms with one king, one queen and three twin beds rooms with additional two bathrooms.

The villa is located in the prestigous Emerald Island Resort. The resort itself offers club house with health club, arcade and computer rooms, large heated pool, spa, tennis courts, children's playgrounds and etc. It is centrally located in Disney area with minutes drive to Disney World Theme Parks, Universal Studio, Seaworld, close to golfing, fishing, airboat riding, premium outlet shopping, fine restaurants and etc.

• Deposits: A booking/security deposit of $300 is due upon booking to secure your reservation, full refund will be processed at the end of the rental. Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to check-in.
   
• Other Fees: Pool heating is optional, $25/day, recommended for months of late October through early March if desired to use the pool. Cleaning fee $125 are included in the rental if stay for 7 days or longer. Mid-stay cleaning is optional and will be arranged prior to the rent.

This was the first time renting a villa instead of hotel rooms for our vacation. Your property at Crystel Cove more than met our expectation. We had plenty of room and the pool was used dauly. My family and i enjoy coming to Florida and staying in Emerald Island vacation homes.We love renting homes from June Yin because she always keep her homes ready for vacationers. This is our i think 6 year coming staying in the same subdivision and we love it.

What a great home. We vacationed with 6 children and 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room. The house was very clean and comfortable. Th epool was beautiful and the kids loved it! Very close to all the parks as well as grocery stores and restaurants. The community the house is in is beautiful and the club house pool and tiki bar were also very enjoyable. If we do another family trip to the Disney area we will definetly come back to this home.
