Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

A luxury lakeside villa with own pool in the pretigious private gated Lake Berkley Resort in central Kissimmee, Orlando.
This is a large villa with 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), lounge, formal dining, family room, large fully equipped kitchen, second dining area and laundry room.
The family room has glass patio doors opening onto the extended deck and pool which overlooks a lake. There are hedges on both sides of the deck for added privacy and the landscaping includes queen palms and solar lighting.There is a bbq outside the deck area.
The villa has 2 TV`s, DVD, VCR, Radio/Casette Music and small library.
Our management company is locally based.

Lake Berkley Resort is a relatively small private gated development of villa and townhomes and has a clubhouse, communal pools, jacuzzi, tikki bar, games room, shop, internet facilities, volleyball and tennis courts and a childrens play area. The lakes in the resort are stocked with fish and fishing rods can be hired at the clubhouse.

Lake Berkley is only minutes from Disney World ans Sea World. Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away.
Restaurants are only minutes away from the resort. A Walmart superstore open 24/7 is 2 minutes from Lake Berkley.

There are a wide range of activities for all ages in the area. These include water skiing, horse riding, go-carting,fishing, boating,parasailing,nature parks and numerous golf courses.

Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center on the Atlantic Coast is a 60 minute drive. On the Gulf Coast side Tampa and Busch Gardens is the same.
