EPCOT Escape, a 3000 square foot 6 bedroom 5.5 bath air conditioned villa, sits on a private cul de sac lot overlooking conservation lands. From the moment you walk in you will be impressed by the fine furnishings, Epcot theming, and architectural upgrades. EPCOT Escape is the perfect villa to make your Disney area vacation a once in a life time memory.
We have taken great care to make sure that each room offers a taste of Epcot. As if you were walking around the World Showcase, you will encounter a different ''country '' in each room. All rooms are completely outfitted with designer furnishings, window treatments, luxury linens, superior electronics, ceiling fans, and the extra little touches that make it exceptional!
The French themed kitchen and family rooms overlook the pool and lanai area. The family room has oversized denim couches & a 43 '' projection TV with DVD player & surround sound system. There ''s even an assortment of best sellers- so you have something to read out by the pool! The kitchen with seating for 8 has everything for creating a gourmet meal or heating up take out: microwave, stove, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, appliances including a coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, mixer, and electric kettle, & oversized pots and pans.

A French themed powder room with pedestal sink and toilet is located just off of the family room as is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, & ironing board.

The African themed formal living and dining rooms are both dramatic and elegant with large windows, designer furnishings, and an overhead ceiling fan. A true haven for the adults, this is a great spot for a quiet evening with friends and family. The formal dining room easily seats eight.

The first floor has an Oriental master bedroom with a large walk in closet and ensuite bath. This fabulous room has a king size pillow top mattress, luxury linens with matching window treatments, windows overlooking the pool, ceiling fan, 24" flat screen TV, DVD player, two night stands, a bureau, Spode lamps, and a clock radio. The master bath boasts his and her marble sinks, a roman tub, separate shower, and a privacy toilet. The most luxurious of the masters, this suite exudes peacefulness and tranquility.

The garage has been turned into a British Club complete with wall to wall carpeting, ceiling fan, loveseat, 27"TV, DVD player, VCR, PS2, electric piano, game bike, bumper pool/poker table for six. Need to catch up on email or do some work' A gorgeous plantation desk and chair are here. Boot up your lap top and log on to the free wireless high speed internet. A large movie and video game library as well as children ''s toys can be found here too.

There are five additional bedrooms upstairs.

The first is decorated in Mickey Americana and has a king size mattress, ensuite bath, ceiling fan, two night stands, bureau, 20" Flat screen TV with DVD player, rocking chair, reading lamps, and clock radio. The large walk in closet has a full size crib. Additional baby equipment can be found in the upstairs hall closet including a high chair, baby gate, portacrib, and baby monitor. This is an ideal room for guests traveling with an infant.

The third king master with ensuite bath is reminiscent of Mexico. With luxury linens, a 20" TV & DVD player, two night stands, ceiling fan, alarm clock, ample storage, and a chair to relax in this room is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.

Entering the fourth master suite, one feels like one has just entered the great unspoiled northern wilderness of Canada. This room has two large windows overlooking the front of the house. This Canadian themed room has a queen size bed, ensuite bath, 19" TV with DVD player and VCR inside of a custom armoire, two night stands, ceiling fan, and wall lights. This room has an internet kiosk for those who choose to leave their laptops at home. Ample storage space and a table with two chairs finish off the room.

The two children's rooms sleep two and four and share a full bath off the hallway. Your girls will feel like Disney Princesses in the Princess Room complete with 2 twin beds and doll house while the boys will dream of Test Track and race cars as they sleep in the Disney's Cars bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The shared bathroom is themed to the Living Seas.

The loft area on the second floor is ideal for a quiet conversation or a cozy spot to read a good book. If you need a book, the owners have provided a great selection of popular novels.

Finally the star of this home is the private oversized screened pool/lanai area. Overlooking conservation land, this area is accessed through French doors from either the kitchen or family room, the pool & spa each have their own heating systems so you always have a hot spa without having to heat the pool! With two ceiling fans, evening lighting, outside hot and cold shower, gas BBQ, dining table for eight, outdoor living area, floats and pool toys you won't ever want to leave!

This resort community is a large and exclusive development of spacious, executive 4, 5, 6 and 7 bedroom vacation homes and town-homes, surrounding an exclusive, fully featured resort club house with many amenities for
guests to enjoy.

As you enter you immediately find yourself in a luscious sub-tropical resort, with driveway that stretches toward a manned security gate house and through to the stunning Dolphin Fountain at the entrance to the club house and facilities. The club house has a reception area which sells newspapers and sundries, and provides information for guests staying at the resort. There's a lounge area,
where you can sit and chat or meet other guests staying at Emerald Island. The kids can enjoy themselves in the games room, or on the video arcade games provided, and you can "keep in touch" while on vacation with the IT center that provides high-speed internet access for guests.

If you want to "work-off" some of that extra food you'll enjoy while on vacation, or simply keep the program on track - take the time to use the fully-equipped fitness center at Emerald Island, or work out with a game of volleyball on the sandy court with some new friends.

The club house also features a sparkling clear community pool and hot-tub/spa pool for guests to enjoy, and there's a sun-deck to drench yourself in the Florida "rays". There's even a steam sauna!

A shuttle service is available from the club house to take guests to and from the theme parks and attractions of central Florida (ask at the club house for times and details).

Emerald Island resort is surrounded by conservation woodland, and there are nature trails for guests to explore.


Emerald Island is located off Hwy 192 West at Mile Marker 4 - approximately 3 miles from the west side of Disney properety. With extra amenities and features it is one of the most popular destinations for families visiting Orlando, Kissimmee and Florida.

Just 5 minutes from the entrance, guests will find the famous highway 192 and the Formosa Gardens shopping mall and eatery.
